Very good restaurant for Summit County. The staff is very nice and helpful and the food is mostly great. Delicious cocktails, particularly the margaritas ;-). Would definitely recommend to my friends!

Kucu has a good ambiance that fits with Hotel Indigo. We have been there several times and the food has always been good. The queso fundito with the bison short rib is amazing. Huge selection of tequila and mezcals and a creative drink menu. Highly recommended for a nicer, but not stuffy, restaurant experience in Silverthorne.
