Service was very slow. The half chicken was so dry and hard it was not edible. I told the waiter about the chicken and he said that's a bummer dude. Another table also had the same problem with their chicken and was told the same thing. I had to go to the bar to get ice and again to get drinks because he was busy talking with other employees. On the way back to our room we saw someone had set their room service half chicken in the hall with one bite out of it.

We walked into the restaurant with a party of 30, standing throughout the dining room, yelling at each other in such a disturbing volume. It was just awful. The restaurant needs better acoustic dampening. The large group finally left and we could hear each other. Food was absolutely 5star and so was the service. The management should have managed the big crowd.

I went in for my birthday dinner with family. The restaurant was very slow and not busy at all. Our waiter Bennett was good at first but every question we asked him about the food turned out to be the opposite. He took forever to bring the check and didn't seem to check in on us but only a few times in the 2 long hours it took for dinner. Being a local to Silverthorne my entire life it's hard to watch good restaurants have such terrible service.

The margaritas are always fantastic. We had the chips with salsa, guac and elote was which delicous. My husband had the fish tacos and I had the filet. Both were out of this world fabulous! Our waiter was awesome as well.

Great food and even better service! We ordered the special prime rib and fajitas and both were outstanding. The queso fundido with chorizo made for great start to our meals. Definitely recommend this place!

Food and service were very good and helpful on a very busy evening. However the noise level was very bad as there is damping done on ceiling or walls. Very hard to talk even across the table.

We have eaten at this restaurant a number of times. I usually rate it 4 star since it is always good with excellent service. The last two meals were 5 star for sure! The tuba appetizer is easily a full meal with a salad or soup and I am not a light eater. Fantastic quality and value!!

Good meal and less than outrageous prices. Mahi tacos were solid, vampire tacos were solid. Fried chicken sandwich.....meh. Don't bother with the cactus fries. Cocktails were great. All good could use more flavor, but it's tough to please a New Orleanians palate.

We had a dinner. Party of 5, 4 adults and 1 kid. We had a bill for 470$ and for some reason they included tips 20% for 77$! As far as I know tips are included for party of 6 or more? Why tips were included for 4 adults? Since when kids are included? We asked a server and he said their manager said that ! I don't think that's right, service can be better

The food is amazing!!!! Nice but not over the top and kiddo friendly! Being local we will return, many times!

We went for late breakfast on Saturday and had wonderful Bison Eggs Benedict and French Toast. We'll be back to try dinner!

Great experience at Kucu! Nice southwestern tavern kind of menu with plenty of options for everyone. The cocktails were good. Service was friendly and quick! We liked the borrow dip tacos a lot. I ended up dipping my carne asada tacos into the dip too. Wish they offered guacamole as an appetizer option. We loved the cookie dessert! Highly recommend.

The 4 of us ordered various tacos. Everyone enjoyed their choices. I found mine to be a bit light on seasonings but still a tasty taco. Even a bit more salt would be useful. I've been here several times and all were enjoyable meals.

We ordered chips with salsa, guacamole and queso. Queso was cold and the chips were stale. Waitress was ok. She would disappear for a while. We tried to get anyone's attention to ask for new chips and after many attempts of staff walking by and never looking our way, my friend got up from the table to ask for new chips. Second bowl of chips were better. Green chili was lukewarm too but too hard to get waitress to attend to us to even bother. Restaurant was cold. Lastly for being a tequila bar, they were out of every tequila my husband tried to order. So he ordered Pinot noir. They were out of that too!
