If I hadn't already spent hours in the past two days trying to find out where a 'same day delivery' was, I'd go into more detail re: why the 1-star review. A few highlights: * When calling, it's over 100 rings before a person picks up - this has been the case 4 times in the past 2 days. Twice, the phone disconnected after the 100+ rings. * When 'same day order' didn't arrive, I called the next morning to find out why and was told there was a payment processing problem so they couldn't deliver the order. I checked my credit card and the full amount had been charged TWICE the prior day. * Finally had to cancel the order and make a new order. An associate kept me on the phone until he had scanned in my entire order and promised it was ready and waiting to be picked up and delivered. Seven hours later when the order still hadn't been delivered, the next associate at the same desk said the order couldn't be located. * One associate (who actually picked up after 100 rings) suggested I should just come pick up the order (an hour drive) rather than expect delivery as promised. * Finally, I was told I hadn't made my order through Lowe's but through a 3rd party. I made the order on Lowes.com and checked the option for 'same day delivery' which was free because of the total amount (over $500). However, I paid nothing for nothing because the order still hasn't been delivered. These are just the 'high points'. Shop at your own risk!

So I purchased a stove August 24 which was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later. Lowes called and canceled delivery, then delivery was canceled for staff being sick. From there things got worse- they lost the order, said it was delivered - um no. Now they want to deliver a floor model instead of a new range. Oh, don't try calling them- it's permahold and once you get through they hang up on you. I just spent 2 and 1/2 hours trying to get this figured out and even the Lakewood store was shocked at the poor customer service. When I asked if I could get a warranty for the used range I was told no- so much for trying to work with them.

If you want an appliance delivered - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I purchased a stove on August 24, yet to be delivered and now they want to deliver a floor model with a big " NO" to a warranty. Delivery was canceled for broken truck, no staff, lost the order and my personal favorite- it was delivered already- um no. I don't want a floor model that may not work, been dented or scratched. Again. Go somewhere else.

So disappointing. I spoke to 3 different Lowe's employees today. The first one was knowledgeable and helpful. The second was not educated on the merchandise in his area. The third was the worst. Alpha was the attend at the self-checkout. My item rang up at the wrong price. I showed Alpha a photo of the shelf price tag with the item number. Alpha did correct the price. However, he was rude, and not trained in customer service. Not the employee any retail operation should want to represent them. I did try to get in touch with the Silverthorn store manager to report the treatment I received. No luck getting through. I will order the merchandise I need from Home D. moving forward.

Went in tonight to get a crap ton of paint for a project and Daniel was absolutely wonderful. So helpful and kind. He found the base we needed despite the shelves showing it was out of stock and he kept his cool with my two boys asking a million questions while he did it. I really appreciated his help from start to finish. Shout out to this whole store, they are super busy and it's chaos most times we visit but the employees really do try their best in all situations.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR FLOORING. I want to share my experience so that no one may ever have to go through what I went through. it all started on June 29th with Denise Gonzalez at the Flooring table, said 3-5 weeks for materials and install to be done. I lined up a gentleman to walk my home to survey for material/labor on an 1800 sq ft remodel. He seemed knowledgeable enough, noted the types of subfloor in my home in Heeney. CONCRETE in the lower ground level/plywood upstairs. He said it would take 2 business days for an estimate. First red flag, after calling Denise daily it took about 8 days to get the estimate. Her boss Tyler Brendel was not much of a help either because he sent the estimate when she was on vacation and they were wrong. Next red flag, they asked for 100% down -payment up front, my fault for not walking away then. Moving on so we order the 1100 sq feet of flooring, tile for the 2 baths and carpet for the loft. I made it clear that I wanted this job done before 9.1 when we moved. I started to worry after the installing company Said they wouldn't install carpet in a loft, luckily when it arrived before the flooring product I begged and they put it in anyways. Then I was out of town, they wanted to deliver the flooring product after I went to the store and called multiple times to tell them not to deliver it Saturday. I was driving across the Midwest and Saturday afternoon a guy shows up and asks where I am, let the real problems begin. They then show up Monday and the driver doesn't help unload, I had to unload all 58 boxes into my house to acclimate. Okay, so almost 2 weeks later the installing company shows up on the 14th, 2 weeks before I move and they are gone in 20 min. I had asked Denise if the materials were correct, and the installing company said there was an issue with the padding to go on the sub flooring and the glue. Wrong product for the application at my home to make the flooring products work safely on my subfloor. I then asked Allison Tomhave, Tyler and Denise and the installing company to respond in writing what their plan was to get things back on schedule. 2 days later the installing company, not Lowes, responds that I need ALL the product returned and Lowes then says the flooring company just didn't know what they were doing and that a manual had the instructions, but the flooring product was actually the problem here. Making up excuses, blaming the sub, no accountability. Now I wanted to fire them. Not once during this experience did Allison call me to apologize about this dilemma after I spent 25k up front! shame on me for being so stupid. Now - getting the materials off my property. Tyler in flooring acted like I was asking the world to have a flatbed, forklift pallets and 2 guys get it back to Lowes in order for me to get refunded. So I wait 6 days from Monday to have it picked up on my free Saturday. A box truck shows up with no fork lift, pallets, or flatbed. They leave after 10 minutes and I was assured the right stuff would happen Monday. I called Kevin, Sam, Reeve, Luther and Tyler in receiving to make sure this WOULD NOT GET MESSED UP. Monday comes and they do not tell me when they are coming, they leave in 10 min, and also the receiving guys acted like they didn't know they needed the forklift, pallets or flatbed and that I should do it. All along they never planned on helping me, I was firing them and because of their mistake they were not going to make it easy for me to get this stuff back. So mis managed, cruel almost criminal what they did to me. my brother came over today, we loaded up all 58 boxes and glue into our 2 Silverados and drove the stuff back to Lowes so I could get the refund of 25k. We get to the loading dock and no-one comes out to help us unload their mismanaged product. A nice gentleman named Dutch made sure we had pallets and apologized and said that this happens a lot, after 1 hour of unloading by hand the materials were unloaded, I got my money back and may never shop at Lowes again. No real apology whole time, Beware!

Worst Lowes I have ever been too. Someone needs to file a law suit against them. 50% of the items do not ring up as marked. You have to take a photo of every price because it will ring up higher. Then when you point it out to them they question the picture even. Then they want you to go look up the item number. This has been going on for several years. Not one person in this store has any knowledge of the merchandise. They are all worthless. Your best bet is to use the app to find the locations of the item you want then you have a 50-50 chance it will be in that location. I went in today because Lowes ran a sale on the Ring Stick up wireless camera. I ordered it on line. It said it would be ready for pick up the next day. This was 10 days ago and it's still showing in transit. I went in today because the app showed they have 2. When asking the clerk in cust service I was told they don't have any. I showed him the app and he said the computers here are always wrong. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

Everyone that works here is worthless. Got told to go 4 different places to find one thing that they didn't even have . Just throw in the towel and close this location if you're not going to take it seriously Lowe's.

This is the most dogshit unorganized Lowe's I've ever been to. Had to look items up on Lowe's website to find what I needed and when I arrived to the isle and bay, the items that were "in stock" were no here to be found. Luckily I found one bag of parts on the floor tucked back under the shelf. I will drive to Denver if I have to the next time I need something just to avoid this store.

This place is so bad, it's comical. I honestly did not know whether to be mad or just laugh because it was so ridiculous. Items scattered all over the place as if nobody puts anything back in its spot. Not many people available to help, and one person I approached to ask for help was occupied with trying to put something away. I asked him, excuse me would you have a moment to give me a hand, and he literally did not even look at me. So I repeated it again, and without even looking in my direction he finally said "mmm hmm". I told him what I was looking for and he just pointed to another general area of the store. I realize it may be a little difficult to find good help these days, but this place is off the rails. I will drive all the way to Vail to get what I need from now on.

After having multiple orders canceled over the past six months, and a dishwasher installation where they just never showed up and never notified us after taking our payment...they then told us it was backordered for eight months...today I had another issue. I placed an online order for curbside pick up, then I placed a second order for curbside pick up. When I went to the store to pick up the first order, I got it just fine. However, on the second order it was just canceled. There was no text message, nothing to tell me that this didn't go through. The product was a 12 1/2 pound roll of MIG wire. Part number 178802. It showed there were two in stock. I was not happy about it, but the girl who delivered the items to my car was very nice, and she explained that sometimes there's shoplifting, and she apologized for the items not being in stock. So I drove 80 miles round trip to the nearest Home Depot to get the same product. While I was there, I spent $380 on other items that I needed, items I would've bought at Lowe's. I then learned that for plasma cutting I didn't need my welding hood, and then I could use a pair of safety glasses, so I went back to Lowe's. While I was there, I also picked up six plants, and two pairs of Lincoln safety glasses. But while I was sitting there looking at the glasses, sure enough, there were two rolls of MIG wire, sku number 178802. It's as if nobody wanted to pull the order, so they just marked it canceled. The product was exactly where it said it would be in the app, so I'm assuming the store employees have access to the same information. The price was different on the shelf, about $4 less, but the SKU is the same. I was busy today, and I just didn't want to come into the store. I know the store is shorthanded. Having worked at Lowe's in the past, I try to be understanding. And yes, I could've come into the store today and double-checked. but the end result is that I wasted three hours of my time, and spent that money at Home Depot instead of our Lowe's. This is the third online order I've had canceled at this location. Not happy.

I had store credit of $230.77. they denied me to use the credit because my driver's license changed to colorado from texas. I was moving & building my house & purchasing at Lowe's daily. I spent over $250k there in all. they sent me through hoops for over a year, in an attempt to steal this petty amount of 230 in "store credit". corporate headquarters played me against the local store, and vise versa. its an understatement to say that this corporation is unprofessional, dishonest, greedy, disorganized, understaffed, petty, selfish, arrogant, and sneaky. that is the business model these days, this behavior seems to be successful, but without corporate loyalists at the employee & customer level, Lowe's would vaporize in a short time. building my house I got to know several employees as personal friends, with whom I associate outside of work. all had shocking stories to tell, as well as plans to quit, as soon as they could find other work. there were also corporate loyalists employees who clung to lowe's for dear life for income, & those loyalists have always been quite belligerent to customers. I realize this is a requirement of the corporation, & I forgive the employees. 10 years ago an operation like this would have had 10 times as many employees & that would make it a professional operation capable of fulfilling its obligations. Folks, the oligarchic predicament of today is extreme. I have read that the inequality in the u.s. today, is more extreme than the pharos & slaves of ancient Egypt. we need to get their attention. I'm just asking you to observe & judge fairly.
