Mr. Ramos was very respectful and quick to offer assistance by climbing up on top of my load to cut away a tarp the had set off the alarm outside of the tunnel on I-70. He was very fast and I wish him the beat of luck with every job that he should encounter as a mountain recovery effort. God Bless you !

Gilbert Ramos, I was on the side of the road with my blinkers after I ran over a median sign that was on the right side lane after the tunnel. He was pulling over to help someone else he knocked on my window and ask if I needed a tow instead of waiting for aaa to get there. He drove me back to my buddies shop. Thank you!

5 stars, I broke down pretty much in an intersection the day before Christmas eve and he was very kind to pull my vehicle out of the way and into a empty parking lot. Helped a lot and gave some great recommendations for my situation!

Mountain Recovery did a great job when our vehicle broke down on I 70. The initial response and traffic team, our tower Gilbert Ramos and the customer service rep Crystal Bernosky all had excellent professionalism and service. I'm glad we stumbled upon Mountain Recovery, or rather they stumbled upon us, when we needed them.

We had just had a catastrophic engine failure outside Denver, heading up the freeway when thankfully Gilbert pulled over behind us to make sure we were okay. He took a look around my car with me and tried to help me get it started again and even followed me half a mile up the hill before the engine gave out again and we took him up on his offer to tow us to safety. It was really scary having all the cars on the freeway passing us at over 70mph with such a small shoulder, but Gilbert made sure we were safe and took us to a local shop he trusts and called me back personally later on to check in. He made the worst part of our road trip into (almost) a good memory with his positive attitude, compassion, and how good of care he took of us. He even gave us a full tour guide treatment with explanations of the different mines alongside the freeway and what ores they were extracting, the runaway truck ramps (including the longest one in the United States!), and a drive through the Eisenhower Tunnel. Gilbert was a highlight of our trip and turned a bad day into a fun memory. We even now have a plush seal we got on our drive up the Oregon Coast that we named after him. We love you Gilbert and hope you're well!!! Thank you too to Marla, the dispatcher who helped us an Gilbert to stay on track. You all are great. ❤️

Mountain Recovery made the process so easy! Our mid size compactor truck needed a tow in the evening. Marla, the dispatcher coordinated everything for me within a short time and make the process effortless. Gilbert, the tow truck driver, showed up within 30 minutes and together we got everything loaded up and taken to the mechanic quickly. He was super easy to work with. So grateful for how the team was able to make my life easier during a stressful evening. Will use their services again without a doubt!

Gilbert was fantastic. His knowledge was amazing to get me out of a very stuck situation. He actually removed a tire that lost its air, took it back to their shop, repaired and returned with the tire and reinstalled it the same night. Amazing service from Gilbert and his office team. Thank you.
