Wish I could post pictures of how much garbage is in the area. Seems to be a local hangout for the homeless in the area. 2 units near ours had “residents” living in them. Nobody in the office to talk to and nobody returns phone calls. DO NOT RENT HERE!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! I used them for one month and then moved my stuff out. I tried to cancel my service with them the last 3 months and they have continued to take money out of my account even though I have sent multiple emails and tried calling and leaving voice-mails. Their customer service is a joke.

I would not recommend this business to anyone who needs a storage unit. first of all, the address is wrong so google maps took me 40 minutes north to the wrong location. Second, I bought a 5x5x10 unit, they tried giving me a 5x4x5 closet with holes all in the walls and it was dirty. No one is ever present in the office or the upstairs apartment to assist customers. I called for 2 hours trying to get another unit, because no one else in town had vacancy, no one answered the phone or returned my many phone calls. Finally I got ahold of them using the spanish speaking line. Waited another hour before was given permission to use another unit. I have been calling everyday for a month trying to get ahold of someone to cancel my unit after the first month. No one has ever answered any of my phone calls, messages, or emails. I was just charged for another month and I am not even using their services. This is terrible customer service and I do not understand how a business can still be operating under these conditions.
