Older lady working the counter is rude and snappy. Everything seemed like an issue. Claimed lottery system was down so i couldn’t buy a scratch off ticket. Stayed in town near by and had nothing but attitude the couple times i had to run in. From other reviews it seems like this is normal. Not sure how she still has a job. Clearly is miserable.

Wanted to use the windshield cleaners but there was no fluid. Employee was outside smoking a vape so I asked if he could fill them up with fluid so I could wash my windshield off and he said if there is none in there then they don’t have any. I even offered to use a windshield fluid container to fill them up but he said I couldn’t do that.

Lady in the morning is grumpy...she is easily triggered by getting cash back...she said I should have asked her first....maybe put a sign up to ask if that's the policy.
If you don't like helping people, she should get out of customer service.

Google and you door sign says you up at 5am but. Cranky old lady inside that has no customers service skills yells at customers if you pull on the door not realizing there still Closed at 5:45am. Change your hours if you don’t customer there pulling in your door when you should have been open!!!

The older women that works the counter is so rude! If you are angry with customers asking you for things maybe you shouldn't be working in customer service. From all the past comments from the last two years nothing will be done. Seems like corporate does not really care that the customer service here is horrible. At this point it's not the failing of the employees themselves but corporate for doing absolutely nothing to improve. As a long time local I will never use this gas station ever again and will be actively telling others not to go here.

Worst customer service. Seems like their working for free. I had a question for the lady in the front and she completely gave me her back ignoring me. Very very disrespectful. Worst gas station. This isn’t the first time it has happened and apparently a lot of people have experienced this bad experience.

Dirtbag employees. Keep your eye on your credit cards. If they find it, they will buy some stuff for themselves then give the card to someone else. Dishonest, dirty, junky staff.

Woman who checked me out was very rude. I hope you fire her.
I put the coffee into my thermos, which I do at almost every place I buy coffee. She said that it was bigger than a large and had to charge me more.
If you knew your own machine, you’d know that the options larger than large size were grayed out and unavailable. And besides, I saved you the cost of a cup. To assume that I was dishonest is wrong. And to give me attitude about it? Even worse.
Please evaluate what your employees are doing and reward/punish them accordingly, or have you bottom-lined customer service so much that it doesn’t matter? Think I’ll stop here again?

I've been going here every morning but now I won't be. The two women that are working mornings are rude, grumpy and insulting every day. The one older lady is so terrible with customer service it makes me wonder why she works there if she hates everyone so much. If you are going to work in the service industry at least try to be good at it!

Please know our sincere gratitude for each and every one of your employees who found a way to get to work dispite traffic that did not move for hours and days during the blizzard and the days following this blizzard. Knowing ALL traffic from Western Colorado to Eastern Colorado had to be rerouted through your beautiful town for over a week, often at a complete standstill I am sure many of your employees had to walk to get to work in freezing temperatures. Stranded families like ours were so grateful to use a bathroom and make due with whatever was left on the shelves for dinner.
We are happy, grateful and appreciate you.
Hoping Eisenhower tunnel management finds a way to get traffic through faster, even if it means no hazzardous vehicles get through for longer periods of time.
