Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a large and diverse store that offers a wide range of items, making it a treasure chest for shoppers. Over the years, many customers have found great deals on furniture, artwork, and household items, often at very affordable prices. For example, shoppers have purchased a nearly new queen sofa bed, solid wood side tables, leather-seated chests, bookcases, and large artwork at prices that are surprisingly low. The store also serves as a valuable place to donate items, supporting Habitat for Humanity’s mission to help the local community and families. Buying from the ReStore is seen as a way to recycle and reuse, which many customers appreciate. The staff, including store workers and volunteers, are generally friendly, courteous, and helpful, especially with pickups. Some visitors have shared positive experiences, noting that staff go out of their way to assist, even after hours. However, opinions about pricing vary. Some find prices high, especially for used or donated items like light fixtures, which can be marked up significantly compared to retail or online prices. Pricing sometimes seems inconsistent, with some items considered overpriced, while others are seen as bargains. A few customers have noted that the store’s management operates differently from other locations, with prices only dropping when there’s excess inventory. Despite this, many appreciate the store’s mission, friendly atmosphere, and the chance to find unique items for their homes.

I have purchased many items in the last 2 years and the prices were incredibly cheap....$200 for a queen sofa bed that was like new, solid wood side table, leather seated chest for under $100, bookcases... read full comment

The ReStore in Silverthorne is the best. Lots of high quality household items including furniture, plus art and craft items. Excellent prices and helpful staff.

Good store! Great for furniture and home decor on a budget. I've found quite a few items at great prices over the last few years. They also help the community in a variety of ways.
