Spent over $200 here over a couple days would have been more had it not been for the road service received from sarah..... it's not that I don't understand the requirement to present military ID for Discount, however I don't appreciate some of the backhanded comments recognizing I had forgotten mine at home. There's more professional way to handle the situation Sarah needs to take a sensitivity class

What TERRIBLE customer service. I went in the store, was the only person in the store, the three people working there could not muster up a hello yet anything else. I had a question regarding the price of an item so I went to the counter to ask, and was treated like I was disrupting the girl. I also asked if they were on sale and what the sale price would be. When I did I got an eye roll and a deep sigh. I wound up buying the product only because I needed it and could find nothing else at any of the other factory stores.

Maria went above and beyond. She not only helped us with our purchases, but also encouraged me to breastfeed my infant in a dressing room rather than my cold car. Please pass along our high praises!!
