Literally, every other delivery has a problem with my address takes me weeks to get anything but I’m tolerant of that. What’s not OK is lying saying that you delivered something when you didn’t just because you didn’t want to come to my address. This is not some free government service I pay for something to be delivered I expect UPS to follow through. I shouldn’t have to spend hours apon hours trying to figure out where my things end up. What is my time worth

Terrible company. Tried to reschedule a delivery, tracking still shows wrong date. Cannot call and talk to an actual person, online support doesn’t cover what I need help with, and keeps telling me to log in to my account. Have to reset password every time I login in. I really can’t believe this is what we’ve come down to

Our silverthorne UPS crew works so hard! Our delivery driver is great, friendly and professional, and is kind to our barking dog - he’s even left her treats. Thank you! Also, they are great at holding misaddressed packages, especially with our mail difficulties up here in Summit. They are welcoming and friendly, and have many times located a package waiting in the back of the warehouse before getting sent back. Our mail/package problems here in summit are not the fault of our carriers - it is a difficult system with different rules up here. Thank you for all you do to help us out!

This place is very helpful. Tracy was so sweet and went out of her way to help me with my package that wouldn’t fit in my car. I’m always so impatient and they never get frustrated when they have to go out of their way to pull my packages that were already ready on the truck! Honestly never really had someone go out of their way like Tracy did!

I have a couple signs at the back door of my business. Apparently this is too difficult for your driver to understand. This might not be the best job for someone that can’t read. We have already had a $3000 delivery go missing.

I saw the truck, I saw the driver, and the website says the package has been delivered. Not to me , it hasn't.

I need someone from Silverthorne, CO distribution center to contact me. There’s a package there that needs further address information. I tried contacting the shipper and UPS customer service and no one will help. I just need to talk to someone locally to confirm the address on the package to WP. I’ve already got another package with same address out for delivery but for some unknown reason this one is being held… please help!
