From the very first conversation with Todd, the owner of 10 Mile Music Hall, we knew we had found the perfect place for our wedding reception. Todd’s professional communication, fast response time, and genuine flexibility made the planning process feel smooth and stress-free. As a very organized (and admittedly a bit needy!) bride, I was so impressed by how accommodating and solution-oriented Todd was every step of the way.
In the weeks leading up to our big day, Todd proactively communicated with our vendors to ensure everything from catering to music was handled seamlessly. One thing our DJ especially appreciated was how easy it was to connect to the venue’s professional-grade sound system — the setup was effortless, and the sound quality throughout the night was amazing.
We were even able to drop items off the day before to be refrigerated, which was a huge help. On the morning of the event, we had plenty of time to set up and never felt rushed — another detail that truly made a difference.
The day of the reception, Todd was on-site to greet guests, direct them to cocktail hour, and provide support throughout the evening. His presence made the whole event run effortlessly. Not to mention, the views from the patio were absolutely stunning — our guests haven’t stopped talking about how amazing the venue was!
The rest of the 10 Mile staff was equally incredible — from the quick, friendly bartending service to smoothly breaking down tables and creating space for the dance floor, their coordination helped keep the night flowing perfectly.
It was genuinely the most seamless and enjoyable experience I could’ve hoped for. If I ever host another event in Frisco, it will without a doubt be at 10 Mile Music Hall. “The venue is everything you need for a mountain wedding. They have a beautiful outdoor ceremony space. Then a patio, amazing bar, and indoor area for the reception. The venue has a great planning staff to help make everything perfect, from planning out the arrangement of tables, providing lighting options, to discussing bar packages. When we looked at other venues this one stood out far above the rest. They are super organized and really know what you need to do for a wedding. Our wedding day went super smooth because of this venue being so perfect.”
