The last few times I have gone they haven’t had what I needed because they were out of stock. It would be helpful if the owner / manager would update the hours on Google maps and social media. I just updated that they are closed on Sundays.

Local hardware store hidden in the back of the Snowmass Center upstairs. They've a lot of stuff stashed in this small place. They are friendly, they are knowledgeable, they want to help you out and make sure you get what you need. They are happy to order stuff if they don't have it in stock and it comes in quickly. If they order it and it comes in and it's not what you need they will send it back, no problem. Their prices are remarkably fair, given the location. All in all a good place. To get five stars they would need to have a bigger place with a larger selection, given the constraints of their current space, they're doing as well as any sane person could ask.

Honestly, the worst encounter I have EVER had in my years with not only dealing with a business, but just as a HUMAN BEING. The man we encountered working there was so incredibly rude, short tempered and overall just seemed like a miserable bully of a man. My friend and I left there so stunned, that it left a terrible taste for Snowmass and I was embarrassed that I brought my friend into the store. Very unwelcoming and terrible attitude. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS BUSINESS. Sad for a small business in a small town!
