“Visited for the Halloween spooktacular event and we were blown away, these guys went above and beyond the call of duty. My 2 year old daughter loved it and their witches brew as well.”

“Speechless... the best gallery in Aspen without a doubt! Guadalupe Laiz gallery is offering incredible, one of a kind, awe inspiring work that is the most technical and up close work out there! Work that moves the soul. Fine art photography at its best, going big illustrates just how special it is. On top of that, if you are lucky enough to meet her, she is incredibly humble, approachable, and willing to share. Must stop if you go to Aspen!”

“Amazing experience, owner couldn’t have been more wonderful. I misplaced the item I purchased then when I ordered a replacement from her she made it so easy! Then when it was somehow lost in the mail she sent another at no charge AND some beautiful earrings, all free of charge, for the inconvenience. 10/10 would go back there next time I’m in Aspen! Worth a stop every time.”

“We decided to make a drive out to Aspen for my girlfriends birthday, and while the town was a bit too pricy for us, the highlight of the day was getting to walk through this gallery. Specifically the Geodes downstairs. The woman working downstairs took the time to explain to us where each geode came from, how it formed, why it looked the way it did. It was a very fun experience and we really appreciated the time that was spent explaining everything. Very neat.”

“Fun to see their new artists, and the new paintings from from my favorite artists. I especially like Kim Wyly's whimsical animals. Their jewelry is also beautiful! Still in a great location on the Hyman walking mall between Galena & Mill Street.”

“Wind River Gallery and Brian (the owner) hands down have the best collection of works and artists in Aspen. I purchase my first piece aver 20 years ago and most recently acquired two amazing Gene Specks. Brian’s knowledge is impressive, but also he has a way to really understand what you are designing for in your home. It’s always fun to stop in and see what new works he has.”

“My husband and I had a very enjoyable experience at Galerie Maximillian. Liz was a knowledgeable curator who provided us with histories of each of the artists and told us about similar exhibitions going on in our city. Thank you, Liz!”

“Long, long ago, in the incredible village of Aspen there was a saying -"THERE ARE 93 ART GALLERIES AND 96 BARS' IN ASPEN'Pretty close as I recall the greatest 10 years of my adult life. So, who had the best galleries IMHOASPEN GROVE FINE ART GALLERY, upstairs and downstairs on E. Cooperand their 3rd gallery, 1 street behind these 2, were the greatest galleries, I HAVE EVER SEEN..Each gallery's offerings were totally different. They had '"Viewing Boards' where the presenter would place the art, have the viewer(s) stand about 6+feet away and as the appropriate music softly played the presenter would use the track light dimmer to bring the piece life. There were thousands of 'OH LOOK AT THAT--I NEVER KNEW SNOW WAS ACTUALLY BLUE--OH MY GOD IT ACTUALLY COMES TO LIFE, etc.".The then trilogy of ASPEN GROVE GALLERIES, and his Santa Fe owned by a gentleman named Mr. Paul Zueger were and still may be were the ONLY Fine Art Galleries who used this method.A big part as to why they were the MOST SUCCESFUL ASPEN GALLERIES.Miss visiting the Aspen Grove Fine Art Galleries- & YOUVE MISSED A LOT”

“Peter Lik is a super duper famous photographer that has galleries in cities sprinkled around the USA and Australia. Every chance I get I step into a Peter Lik gallery and I'm never disappointed. The friendly staff is quick to greet and talk to me and they love to show off the beautiful artwork on display. I need a P.L. Passport so I can get my gallery stamp! La Jolla check, Hawaii check, Las Vegas, check, A mansion to display his art...working on it!”

“Great climbing wall. Been coming here for years. Jeremy and the gang are great about keeping the routes fresh and interesting. It's a small space, but it doesn't climb that way at all. You can tell they put in time and effort to make every inch count, and all the local climbers appreciate it.”

“True definition of an art gallery! Pieces we didn’t even notice were mentioned and were what we appreciated the most. This gallery is very welcoming and passionate about the work on display. Definitely some very unique artists represented here. We look forward to choosing a Bill Braun piece soon.”

“The Baldwin Gallery is a surprising large gallery with an upstairs and and downstairs. They tend to show the larger works most likely destined for a suitably sized home. Some of the art appealed to me and other works not so much. It is a fun browse and the gallery lets you walk around unfettered. The pricing is consistent with the pricing of the homes so this is not a place to obtain your trinket from your Aspen visit. However, if you are looking for upscale real art, this is one venue.”

“The selection is unprecedented. I have never seen as many treasures under one roof and I have traveled the world. The owner is a curmudgeon but I'd rather confront grumpy than smarmy, and he does know what he's talking about. As far as pricing, this is art, not a commodity and there are many factors at play, so it is hard to judge. Bottom line, if you want a poster that is both "important" and something you can enjoy living with for your lifetime, then you must visit this gallery before it closes (which brings up a question...will the collection stay together and be sold online or will the gallery change hands?)”
