“We originally purchased a hoodie while visiting the Aspen store in late June 2025. After returning home, we realized the hoodie was damaged. We underwent a frustrating experience with their AI bot customer service and were unable to find resolution. Emails to their corporate office also went unreturned. As a result of this, we left a negative review of our experience. Within 30 minutes, we heard from Skye Vaughn, the regional manager for Colorado. I cannot express to you how above and beyond she went to rectify our issues and find a suitable replacement for the damaged hoodie we had purchased. If you ever have a challenge with your purchase, please try and connect directly with the store versus the online Aviator Nation AI bots. Skye's personal touch turned our experience around. “We have traveled to Aspen/Snowmass once per year for the last 5. Always make it a point to stop in at Overland. This store has lots of goodies,…but what stands out to us is the impeccable customer service….You can browse around,..try things on.
Jen is helpful and attentive,…but not pushy at all….she doesn’t “hover” over you while you’re contemplating a purchase. Salespersons abound should be taking notes on her work style.”
“I have a few different base layers from Corbeaux. I really like the fit and color options, and they've lasted through several ski seasons. I keep them out during the summer for a lightweight layer when I hike. Great value for the use I've gotten out of them!”

Quintessential Aspen vibes throughout, classic and timeless fashion items (that also work if you are a tall girl like me!) Beautiful quality and the store presentation is great. The store is merchandised beautifully and every person working there had a very kind and approachable energy while also representing the aesthetic of the brand. “Super friendly staff (per usual in Aspen) and Aether products are terrific. Their knit polos are great for warm-to-cold, the ski gear is exceptional (the bibs are my favorite) but tend to be heavier than other brands as they're constructed from 3L GoreTex.”

“NOTE - there are two stores. The original at Highlands and a much larger one in Snowmass Village. We discovered Strafe while skiing snow mass in Spring 25. Bought our daughter a lined ski jacket (we typically ski in a colder climate) - after looking EVERYWHERE - and spent way more than we wanted to; but man, what a great buy. We were excited to visit the store again this March. Our daughter scoured the clearance rack and found my spouse a pair of fabulous bibs. Went back the next day and daughter talked us into getting her new pants and my spouse got another pair of bibs in a different color and then they found me a new shell... Two days later we got my spouse a new shell at the store at Highlands. Excellent quality clothes. Love the gear; great for performance and packs well. Blew our wad in Snowmass. ?”
