Came here for a nice hot chocolate and they have communal seating, which was kinda cool to meet people, even though I'm an introvert and talking, it was nice to meet other strangers in town to ski. The baristas were nice, especially the German lady, but there are a lot of people behind the counter hanging out. Maybe they were waiting for a rush. There are two sections where you can buy merch, but I only saw one salesperson, helping a customer to fit skates on. The rest were tourists looking at merch, but really just hanging out to have a warm drink and to sit somewhere. Nothing fancy, but maybe that's all this place needs to be.

Have been to many Gorsuch locations at Western Ski towns across the country. They are always the nicest, most expensive places to shop in the area. This location in Snowmass Village is no different. While it's not our favorite Gorsuch location (Beaver Creek takes that title), it is very nice. If you're looking to treat yourself with something expensive and special, this is the place to go!

I stopped in to get an extra pair of ski pants. I was thrilled with the men’s selection. Staff were helpful and not pretentious as some of these reviews indicated. I ended up getting some Bogner pants, fleece, base layers and kids hat, and gaitor. Nice upscale selection of ski clothes.

Amazing people working on that location! I have a very large loud family, but they patiently helped us so much in finding everything we needed for our ski vacation. Thank you ladies!Sandra

Hands down the most RUDE and UNWELCOMING store a person can step foot in. The lady working glared my wife and I down the entire time we were there. And immediately gives you a feel of judgement and how much money you might have as soon as you walk in. Absolutely NOTHING about the staff is friendly or helpful. ZERO customer care or service is given. It’s the feel of either spend money or get out kind of vibe she gives you. Glad to see I wasn’t the only one with that experience there. Stay away at all costs!!! I hope they close forever.

I’ve always had a fantastic experience at this location. Yes, the staff is attentive & might follow you around, but I appreciate the help. Great selection of Bogner clothing and beautiful home gift items. Worth the visit when in Snowmass Village.

We went into the store as a family, hoping to explore Snowmass - and we were quickly followed around the store by an employee, who without saying a word herded us around the store to the exit. Never have I felt shame for not being able to afford a $998 peacoat, let alone the $60 soup spoon

Trash. This store is so bad the lady in the store was just super rude saying nothing. She had the angry Russian feel.

The lady in the store clocked my family and I as being lower class and began following us throughout the store, passive aggressively hearding us back towards the entrance. Rude behavior, and made everyone very uncomfortable.

Bro this place is so bad lady followed us thinking we would steal. Overpriced items that are made with cheap material. Won't come back ever again

My family and I had the best experience in Snowmass. The staff at the Gorsuch store was so friendly and helpful. We got a great outfit! Thanks and see you next year!

Living in Atlanta, I have enjoyed and shopped the Gorsuch catalogue for years. My last catalogue order included a call to customer service. Five stars for the experience and their helpfulness. I am so pleased with the fur coat I purchased. So I was excited to visit one of the retail stores during my recent trip to Snowmass. The store and merchandise are beautiful but not the customer service. The older saleswoman followed me around the store as if she thought I was going to take something. This was a new experience for me and such a disappointment that it bothered me enough to write a review.
