Came in to eat and get gas ..went to order and they are out of what I wanted so I explained that the last 2 was out also then rudely this women says are you getting huffy and the way she came at me like she wanted to fight me... really this is how your manager acts to customers even if I was getting huffy puffy per Mandy ...and I called up there for her name and she hung up on me so I called back and another lovely employee says she is the manager when I asked what the mean girls name was I don't care if she is the manager you don't talk to customer like that period....but as usual nothing will be done because people are begging for employees so this is what we get .sad just sad

Stopped here on my way back home. Provided no fuss, and it was open when I needed to fill up on gas and air (because of NM SH-456 having rough pavement for 17 miles, avoid if in the area). I didn’t have to fuel back up until I got home (about 300 miles).

Don’t even waste your time. This is one of the worst stops I’ve made in the entire country. Rude staff, no clean restrooms, rude to paying customers. Save money and go somewhere else.

my family got sandwiches for dinner. i got a Mexicali sandwich with chipotle. my father went and got the sandwiches and when i got mine it was just chicken and chipotle sauce

Horrible service 8:40 and they said they wouldn’t make a sandwich. They let us set in line for 5 minutes just looking at us before they proceeded to tell us that the subway line was closed. Will not be going back again horrible service.

I get gas stations aren't all about the restrooms but for me it plays a big part because when you're traveling and gotta go you want to go to atleast a decent restroom and that wasn't the case at this location

Keep your facts right. They say they close every day at 10 but Google says 10:30. Got the gas but they wouldn’t let us buy a drink or go pee after 10. 10:05 is too late.

Typed in truck stop on Google maps. There were 2 options in Springfield CO, Love's and Valero. This Love's is NOT a truck stop. It's a small gas station, and it's small for a gas station. The Valero is 100% a legit truck stop so go there instead!

Dirty bathrooms, lazy employees, and they all seriously lack customer service! The lady with piercings about had a fit when we ordered a subway sandwich. It’s almost like she hated her job.. save your money and go somewhere else! No one around here seems to care
