I had the best experience with Alpine Mini Storage. They were professional and great to work with. The storage facility was well managed and clean and they always answered my questions. If you need self storage I could not recommend a better facility. Give Brian a call he will be happy to help you.

While the units are nice unfortunately Brian won't contact you until you're 5+ months behind if there's been a problem with your payment. Apparently it takes a lot to notify people of their failure to pay for their services, this has now happened to me twice because no one could pick up the phone and let me know what was going on.

Initially I had a great experience with these guys- they answered my calls right away, were prompt in and clear about answering questions, and quickly got me a unit. My issue with them was when I was going to put an end to my lease. I had cleared my stuff from the unit and taken my lock off but due to a family emergency had to be out of town for a week before I swept up, so I had held off on calling them to let them know I would not be renewing at the end of the month. When I came back about a week later (the 13th) to do the final sweep and make sure nothing was left behind, I found a new lock on there and that the unit had already been rented out despite the fact I had been charged for the full month and not given any phone call to make sure I hadn't just ghosted the place. When I got a call back (admittedly quickly) the employee on the phone didn't see any issue that they had intended on keeping the entirety of my money (and who knows? Maybe they would have continued to charge me in future months if they hadn't heard from me? I simply can't be sure) and claimed that people just up and left all the time so he figured it'd be fine to just rent the unit out. He was frustrated with the fact that I then wanted to be prorated for the rent of the month I and claimed they don't normally do that (initially I was told that they do if given enough notice) especially if not before the 15th. He then realized it was 13th and given the situation would need to prorate me. I'm sure my tone of voice was frustrated but I was certainly upset when he told me he had been gone a few weeks and had "just done inventory" and decided to rent my unit out "20 minutes ago". He was really only willing to try to find me another of the unit in the same area but even if I had continued to need one I would have gone to someplace else at that point. My main frustration here is that rather than giving me a call to make sure I was finished with what I had paid for for the remainder of the month and was done cleaning it out, he decided to instead without warning rent it out to another person. The excuse that "other people just up and leave all the time" doesn't really sit well with me when I had fully intended on coming back to finish up and had paid for the entire month.
