This is a great place with many wonderful, very well refurbished and curated items, but this is NOT A THRIFT STORE. These are not "throw away" items that someone is just donating to get rid of and the location is selling for a pittance. If you're going here to find an armchair for $50 or something, expect to see prices more in the $500 range.

I will NEVER go back in this store after how rude an older heavyset lady was to my child. She was completely out of line and scared my daughter very bad. Other customers shopping in the store even told her so and left with us. Completely out of line and horribly rude staff.

From contemporary to ornate to classic, this is a great place for items to furnish your home, great selection of items with declining prices, all in great shape but gently used, a little bit of everything, Definitely worth the stop, 5 stars and highly recommended for locals and out of towners.

KIDS NOT WELCOME!Be warned! ⚠️ I have raised my girls to not touch anything in stores and to stay with me! There was a heavy set older woman working there who targeted us immediately and kept an eagle eye on us. No problem till I got excited showing them a typewriter and was telling them how they were used back in the old days! Poor woman about went into cardiac arrest and snapped at us to not touch it. I intentionally took that second and asked my girls if they had because I knew they had not, as she was still there to hear their responce. They confirmed they had not. I would have understood if my kids were alone at any point, touching anything / everything or wild. Super disappointing since we brought the truck. Would not recommend to anyone.

After reading the reviews I was excited to treasure hunt in this store. I walked in with my husband, disabled son, and his service dog in training. Annie, the owner, commented that they don't allow dogs. I explained that she's not a pet but a Service Dog in Training (she was also wearing a vest that clearly identified her as a Service Dog in Training). Annie stated that only certified service dogs were allowed or dogs that I could carry. I had to inform them that in Colorado, Service Dogs in Training are afforded the same access as Service Dogs by state law. The looks and comments from Annie and her staff were so nasty it made us uncomfortable enough to walk out. So did another couple that heard one of the interactions. Maybe someone that runs a business open to the public should educate themselves about access and then their employees. ~~~ "Service animals in training are not protected by the ADA, however, they are protected under Colorado Revised Statute 24-34-803." "Service animals are individually trained to perform a task for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Professional training is common, but not required." (She's been under the care of a professional Service Dog trainer for months) "Service animals are not required to be listed on a registry, possess paperwork declaring the animal as a service animal, or wear a service animal vest." (She was wearing a vest identifying her as a Service Dog in Training) "Service animals must always be under the handler's control. Service animals must have a harness, leash, or other tether unless the handler's disability prohibits their use or if the animal's tasks would be directly hindered by such equipment." (She was) "Businesses may ask a handler to remove their service animal if the animal is disruptive, aggressive, or not housebroken." ( none of that applies to the few minutes we were in the store, but it didn't keep Annie and her staff from assuming she would and being as nasty to us as if she did). ***Personally (ignoring neither of them didn't know the laws they were quoting), if I was that concerned as a business owner or an employee that a Service Dog or a Service Dog in Training might "lift their leg" given all the smells -direct quote by the way from both women- I have to ask as a shopper why there would still be smells? Even our local Salvation Army Thrift Store doesn't sell anything that's not been professionally cleaned first (think allergies or COVID). Thank goodness I didn't bring anything from that store into my home both for allergies and COVID reasons.

Wonderful selection of eclectic home furnishings at great prices. As a customer and consignor, we have had only positive experiences. Annie & Chris are a pleasure to deal with! A great local resource for anyone furnishing or redecorating a home.

I have never been treated so horribly by a salesperson (the actual salesperson was very nice), much less the owner, of a shop. I looked at an item last week and asked what the lowest price on the three price/three date. I had forgotten my glasses so I simply couldn't read the tag. I was told $320. I went back yesterday and asked the salesperson if they would consider any lower. "Annie" started yelling at me accusing me of coming every day trying to get the price down. I told her that I had been in only once at least a week ago but she continued accusing me saying "you were in yesterday". I tried to defend myself and assured her that I had not been in yesterday. I bought the item anyway hoping that she would apologize when I went around back to pick it up. Well, she did not. She has lost a long-time customer.

I always love going in to Annie's. Rarely do I leave without finding something that belongs in my house. You can't go wrong with a good selection of inventory and friendly, helpful staff!

Annie's picked up my table and damaged it in transit and called to tell me that it wasn't level. It was totally fine (have photos and video to prove it. The guy accused me of having a crooked floor so I must not have noticed. He invited me to look at the table. I know how it looked before it left. I ate at it. I invited him to come over and look at my flat floor. I also got it at Annie's in the past year. To which he replied that " I must have modified it" Ha! Got nothing for it. Will use Moxi next time.
