This retail store has horrible customer service. As the associate (who was not wearing a name tag) informed me, this is only a retail store. Don't bother going into the store with the intention of changing your wireless plan. Save yourself some frustration and call AT&T yourself. Or drive to Glenwood Springs.

Hands down couldn’t be worse customer service. How can a company only have the capacity to keep receipts for 3 days in their system and refuse to exchange items without a hard copy of it. It’s 2022. Walmart next door takes returns with just the credit card. Management really needs to evaluate the quality of the people they are hiring here, it’s truly a disgrace and couldn’t be more frustrating.

The savings we thought we were getting did not show up on our bill, but numerous ridiculous other charges did. We spent ALL day trying to get our service switched over. The manger was professional, but they were clearly understaffed. Maybe they need buzzers like busy restaurants so you know when it is finally your turn.

Just worked with Mallory at the Steamboat AT&T to set up 2 new lines for my children. She was so patient, helpful, and just awesome to work with. She helped save us money, which made us very ? happy! Could not recommend her more! This could have been stressful but she made it delightful.

Mallory was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and solved our problems, she is the best. Luis was available at the end of our time and he was more of the same-well run and professional store! We expected to spend a couple of hours upgrading 2 phones and bedding help with several issues, we were ther just over an hour.

Absolutely incompetent employees. Spent hours on the phone with ATT which got me no where, thought I could get some help from these guys and was basically told that they are not ATT, they are Active Communications and that they are not tech support. Wouldn't spend a dime at this pathetic excuse for a store.

I went into AT&T on Tuesday I needed help getting a IPad on my plan! Luis was so very helpful, he took all the information for what I was looking for made it so easy and pain free, He was so nice kinda and very very polite! He made my day! I was having a rough day and when I left the store I was happy with what I got and didn’t have to spend an arm and leg! Luis was the best and I will definitely come back! Also the COVID protocol was easy to understand!
