“I had an untimely breakdown in the Central Park Plaza, and I needed a quick fix. I opened the hood and saw the serpentine belt had broken. This was caused by the tension pulley disintegrating into bits. I ran across the parking lot to O’Reilly’s and Josef was there to save the day. He got the right parts and even spent his own time to install them. We ran out of light and he came back in the AM to finish. These guys know and have the right stuff.
