“Over the years, I’ve had some ups and downs in regards to experiences at this particular o’reilly’s.
However, today 01/14/2026 I called and had the privilege to speak to “Nicholas” (my apologies if I didn’t spell that correctly)
I told him what I needed as my wife isn’t mechanically savvy but she was in town and thus I had her pick some things up.
This gentleman went above and beyond and took down my list of supplies and proceeded to get them ready for a smooth and easy pickup for my wife.
I sincerely hope this employer values this gentleman for his efforts and ethic. This was a very positive experience and he made it smooth and easy for my wife.
Somebody give this man a raise. Easily the best experience I’ve had here over the years, and I wasn’t even in person.
