“I had my car break down and become undriveable during my weekend getaway. I was able to tow it to Four Star's spacious parking lot and leave my keys on the drop box for Monday when they opened. It was so convenient, and I felt my car was safe. David and the the technicians were able to diagnose it immediately, and they moved stuff around to get the job done in one day. Every other shop gave me four days up to a month long wait!They answered all my questions, and their warranty for the repair and the part is covered anywhere in the US. That type of peace of mind, on top of the expedited repair, is absolutely worth the price. Highly recommend!”

“My family purchased a used Toyota 4Runner from Steamboat. I would describe it as an old-school dealership that embraces the responsiveness of the new school. My deal was ultimately fair particularly in light of the vehicle, its mileage, the true market value of the truck and my abilities - or lack thereof -- as a negotiator who showed his hand to some industry veterans. That said, I was obviously satisfied with price. I found the sales process to be smooth. The sales person with whom we worked was very on top of communication: both text and phone (loved that), big on hyperbole and chatter that was a bit frantic and beside the point. It was all about the sale. He was at once nice and, in the context of relationship building, transactional. But transparently so. It's important to note that the dealership understood my geography (300+ miles away) and worked to hold the car on my behalf so I could get up and look at it, going so far as to offer a hotel room to my family. A service manager came out and took time to ensure that the four-wheel drive system worked properly and offered instruction on that front. When my financial institution did not have its act together on financing communication, the dealership let me take the car anyway, trusting me and the institution. Again, it's at once old school and comforting: these types of places still exist out there in a dealer landscape that has made shopping for a used car in the digital, post-COVID inflation era difficult.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this business! All this time, I thought they only sold used cars, but as it turns out, they fix, repair, and offer body work! After a horrible experience at Steamboat Motors, a friend reccomended Wild West Auto Sales. I walked in & they immediately brought my car in to take a peak at what I had going on. Not only did they take care of the issue the same day but the cost was half of what Steamboat Motors quoted me. The office manager, Kristen, is SO friendly and welcoming (which is a plus, because let's be honest, any kind of car repair is stressful). The owner was also really polite & even the mechanic came out, shook my hand & walked me through everything he had done. Just last week, I went there to have them order me a new headlight. They had the headlight in stock, changed it out for me, checked & filled the air in my tires & topped off all the fluids. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but this place is a refreshing reminder that it still exists!”
