“Classic Crank was a great experience for us. We rented e-bikes for a half day and every aspect of the service was top-notch. The bikes were in perfect condition and John explained their controls well, and gave us some good pointers on where some fun rides might be. He threw in a few bonus items for the bikes that made the day more comfortable (back basket, cup holders) and was very relaxed and supportive of our return time. “It’s okay if you’re a little late, if you walk through that door a half an hour late with giant smiles on your face, it’s totally fine.” We sure did!”
“I was in Steamboat the other day. I tweaked my back and couldn’t snowboard, so I went for a walkabout, and stumbled across Wheels. Even though I didn’t really need anything, the staff was super friendly and answered my questions about fat bike trails in the area. In this day of big fancy corporate bike shops, it is awesome to find shops where the guys (or girls) working there have to wipe the grease off their hands before the help you. This was a very cool bike shop.”
