Good products. Busy place. Parking is tricky, if wanting to get close to entry door

Small, mostly food supplements. Nice produce. Not always the friendliest staff. Extremely expensive. Convenient location in town.

Great whole foods store. The crusty cashier was needlessly gruff.

Helpful friendly staff. good place for organic, vegan and gluten free products. Just wish they would provide MORE VEGAN grab and go things. Being a vegan in a small mountain town is difficult. I do not mind not having a lot of vegan restaurant options in town but natural grocers is typically a staple for me to get an easy lunch but they have not had any vegan salads, wraps or sandwiches anytime I have been there. I am really stoked on my very nice water filter I got there. Just PLEASE bring in some more vegan grab and go options!!!

Terrible place to shop! Not sure what's wrong with the employees but lot of new faces that do not know anything about the products. Also overhead a woman talking about firing ALL of the employees there. I have never seen this person before and this highly unprofessional behavior will never fly in this small mountain community. She was sitting in the Nutritionist office so I assume this obese woman is the new nutritionist. With her anger and rage I assume she consumes food dyes and artificial flavors. Not sure what is happening at this store but it's going downhill.People should just shop online and not deal with the negatively that consumes this store.

Wow! Something terrible is happening there. I overheard an obese female employee in the vitamins section saying that she wants to fire all of the employees that have been working there before her. She clearly has zero knowledge of nutrition or supplements. The place used to have really good vibes and positive upbeat employees now it is probably the most depressing store to walk into in Steamboat. Many new employees that have zero clue about the supplements or products that they sell. The shelves look worse than in the middle of the pandemic. I assume that this publicly traded company is more worried about reducing payroll expenses than good customer service with knowledgeable employees who are passionate about what they do. If you trade stocks I would be shorting this company its about to collapse.People looking for organic groceries in this town should just shop online or check out the community agricultural alliance for local products.

I miss this place so much. I lived in Steamboat for 7 years and went into this store probably 4 times each week. I found reasons to go there. The vibe is so good. It smells like fresh produce in there. There are always good deals so if you go in often enough, you'll always have fresh produce, at a deal if you keep your eyes open. Customer service is always amazing. They have not only fresh food, prepared food, bulk food, frozen food, of the best quality, but also a huge variety of organic pantry food, AS WELL AS skin care, vitamins, supplements... gits, makeup... even handmade hats, candles, yoga mats etc. The place is so nice, it was one of my favorite things about Steamboat. I'll always stop in the store anytime I visit Steamboat again, even if I don't need anything. Like I said, I find reasons to. go there.
