I wish I had read the reviews for this company before hand. As mentioned in other reviews they will deliver when they feel like it, with no communication on when that might be. When they answer the phone, or return a call they will use every excuse possible. After reading other reviews, I decided to refuse the delivery all together. Your items will most likely be damaged if RAC ever decides to deliver at all.

I receive packages and goods all the time from *** **, ***, ****, ******, ********* etc.. and NEVER have any issues. This company has delivered in the past and both times items were damaged (kitchen cabinets were trashed) . I received a call 2 weeks ago that he was having issues with his lift gate and couldn't make the delivery that I was waiting on all day..OK Things happen On the following Monday my wife received a call asking her to come pickup the items in town (Wait... I paid for delivery???) so I called the company I made the purchase from to complain and they said that they spoke to RAC and the truck wouldn't fit. I live on a US Hwy with enough room to park 2 semi's as I said ****** and ********* drop off building materials using motorized lifts??? In any case the company I bought the items from said they would have *** ** pick up and deliver that was 10 days ago and I still have nothing. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I've never been here before or used this company. I can say I'm shocked at how polite and helpful they were. Extremely nice employees here. I say shocked because most places in steamboat are not as friendly.

Rude delivery service people; multiple damaged deliveries; no resolution for customer service. If you are a vendor, please use another company. These guys have the worst reputation in town.

This company takes forever to deliver and you have to call them multiple times to get them to actually deliver. It the one thing they should be good at but they are not. I now tell shipping companies not to hide them for the final part or my deliveries.

SOOOOO awful. I didn't get any notification that the delivery was coming on the day it was delivered. What I got was a rude phone call as the truck was at my (vacant) house yelling at me to get there now because they have my delivery. My neighbor was able to meet them until I could arrive. They were incredibly rough with my delivery which was an oven, dishwasher, and washer-drier combo. The oven was completely destroyed and customer service has been a complete headache. I filed a claim and weeks later got an email that I had to resubmit. I'm hopeful that some vendors might check on these reviews and seriously reconsider. We've gotten other deliveries from RAC that were damaged as well; this was far from an isolated incident and they never let us know when they're delivering; we just get hasty phone calls as they are arriving. I don't know how these guys are still around, they have a horrible reputation in town.

This company has no interest in customer service. You will get your delivery when they feel like it. A week? Two weeks after they receive the product? Vendors who use this company should beware of their very poor attitude and disinterest in the community they "serve".

One of there drivers almost caused an accident today 7/7/2020, tried to break check me, swerved into the other lane as I was trying to pass them, if thats how they drive then I don't want their business

Called the Steamboat office direct to set-up multiple shipments from Steamboat to Denver, terrible customer service, they didn't care, now I will go through my broker network but will ignore any RAC quotes. I drive past their yard on 13th daily and thought it would be good to keep business semi-local.

Not only can’t I get I a hold of anyone. But a call from a driver promising to give me a call back with an update was fruitless. I’m the third day after expected delivery with no end in sight. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. My store opening was dependant on this arriving delivery.

Currently on hold after a week of poor communication and terrible customer service. Shipment scheduled for last week - did not deliver due to a vehicle mechanical issue. Understandable, vehicles break down. Lengthy conversations last week and yesterday promised my shipment would arrive today. After sitting around, adjusting my entire schedule and not hearing anything about my delivery I called at 230p. This time I'm told my shipment won't arrive until tomorrow, which will not work for our operation. Terrible customer service, terrible communication and awful service. Next time I need a shipment I will be sure that I specifically tell the vendor NOT to use RAC!
