I went to this subway (the one attached to Kum&go) in 2019 to "meet" an independent insurance agent to discuss the auto insurance quotes he found me.Turns out he was the owner of the Subway, Paul and boy is it a wild story...(I had never eaten there prior to that meeting, so had no idea the reputation, BTW I did try a sandwich from there at a later date and it was inedible sloppy trash)So back to the story...He led me to the back of the Subway, a desk overflowing with paperwork was positioned next to the drive thru window (which was closed and had old plus size green subway tee shirts hanging over it acting as "curtains")We go over the quotes and I decide to sign on.Yes I know, who walks into that blind and STILL signs on as a client for this insurance agent? In my defense i was trying to be open minded and he had quoted me the best rates with nationwide.Well imagine my surprise when 5 months later I get a letter from Nationwide stating my policy was CANCELLED, a month prior!! I had crossed multiple state lines in that time on a road trip, unaware that I wasn't even insured.I had no idea, they never emailed me or even sent ME a letter!I even called nationwide to verify, they sent 2 letters to my "agent" that was ignored, stating they needed a copy of my bill of sale to continue my insurance policy. They mailed him the first letter a month after I signed on, I can only imagine that letter getting swallowed by the mess on his desk ?I called him furious and he was completely gobsmacked, he tried to blame Nationwide but there is NO excuse for that.I even gave him a copy of my bill of sale when I signed on, he should have known they would have wanted it if he was actually good at what he does (which based on his reviews here and the failed ice cream shop he apparently opened in the middle of winter, he isn't good at anything)He offered to find me a new insurance provider, but I told him no thanks he had done enough. He apologized profusely, asked for my address to send me "something to make up for the inconveniences".Y'all he sent me a FIVE DOLLAR gift card to Starbucks a whole 7 months later ?Don't trust Paul for your sandwich OR your insurance needs.

There is a sign on the door that the place is officially closed down. If you take a photo of the sign you can receive 25% off at another location (the address was listed, but we weren't hunting all over town for a Subway. Especially when Jimmy Johns is across the plaza).

Went in for lunch at 1045 am on a Thursday. They were out of everything, didn't have the first three things I asked for and then the girl at the counter acted like I was an imposition on her and ignored my instructions for light mayo and pickles, slammed my cup on the counter and cranked up the music as soon as she was done serving me. Not impressed.

This subway is slower than even the average already slow subway. The food sits out all days and the workers don’t seem to care about getting their customers their food, if you want food I would suggest any other options in the strip mall.

Hands down the grossest subway ever. Out of everything and bread was smashed and everything was sloppy and dirty. Our sandwich looked like it went through a meat grinder. Stay away

Sooooo slow. Literally 1 person in front of me took 20 minutes to get to me then took forever to make my food. No food safety in place here. Horrible service.

My time of purchase was 930am. The employee did not wash her hands but, she did put gloves on. The oven was not warmed up. The widely used mayonnaise was empty. The employee kept going back and fourth from the back area, not washing her hands but putting gloves as she returned to me. Employee wore a long sleeve that touched the meats and veggies everytime she put her hand in it. She did not listen to the quantaty I wanted on my sandwich. I asked for "A Strip"of mustard and mayo and got glops. This was the messiest sandwich I've had at subway. The covers for the meats looked like they've never been washed, they're floors and carpet were not clean. She had curly hair and wore glasses. The receipt name was Paul. They had a help wanted sign out front which could mean no one is picking up the slack. Almost forgot...the cookies were not baked fresh. Should've read the reviews before going in.

I do not understand how the owner of these stores is allowed to keep his franchise. How are you always out of everything? You are by a grocery store for the love of God! Walk over and get some onions! I am done with both of these locations and subway corporate should be too. The unsanitary conditions and no gloves are absolutely unacceptable. You won't catch me at either location ever again.
