Came up from out of town and forgot my meds 200 miles away. I attempted to transfer my prescription to this Walgreens and was unsuccessful due to the service at my crummy local CVS at home. The Walgreens pharmacist took the extra time to call my old pharmacy and get me the medication while I was in the store. Thank you so much.

I took a covid test last Friday at noon and their website says it's a 2-hour result it's Monday and I haven't heard from anyone they do not care about you at all do not go here for anything this is the worst Walgreens on the planet

Been waiting in hold for 30 minutes because "their staff is answering other calls" NO THEY AREN'TI WANT A JOB HERE, I'D LOVE NOT HAVING TO DO ANYTHING ALL DAY AND GET PAID.HIRE SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY WORK

My physician called in a refill for me. 3 days later Wallgreens’s sent a message to me that the medicine was out of stock (no further update). I waited 3 more days and heard nothing, so called. After waiting in hold x 25 minutes someone picked up and said they would check the status…. Then hung the phone up. So, after calling back and waiting on hold another 12 minutes, someone picked up and told me they were hoping to get the medicine next week. 10 days after the request) This is a medicine I need every day, and I had already been without it 2 days.) I asked if they could partially fill it…. They said no. I asked if they could transfer it to another Wallgreens… they said no. They suggested I call my doctor (it’s Saturday, and my doctor did their part a week ago) Very poor customer service and very poor job and keeping clients updated.

Always a very long wait for Rx and they don't call to let you know when it's ready despite saying they will. Employees are nice, though.

Actual thieves!! On Jan 29th I went to pick up my inhalers I’ve had for years. Upon driving away I noticed I only had received 1-I usually get 3. I didn’t think much of it. Just figured I’d call and fill it again the next month. Well, I called and they are trying to say I can’t fill my dire prescription because I filled a 90 day supply. NOT TRUE-I only received ONE. I told them who helped me that day, TRACY. Managers response was she would talk to the employee on her shift the next day. Told her how unacceptable that really was and that I want this reported to DEA as theft. She hung up on me. I called Walgreens corporate to escalate this. They refuse to show me camera footage. Only just keep telling me I received 3….. my husband was with me when I picked up my inhaler. And he even mentioned them that I usually have 3. This isn’t a pain pill, it’s a necessary and expensive inhaler. $500 w/o insurance. I’m absolutely not letting this go!!! You stole a prescription and I will go to the end of the earth now to expose the thieves in this pharmacy. I very much have been robbed and it’s being handled so juvenile. You will be held accountable!

Photo lab worker was horrible, very unfriendly and when I asked I wanted to see the passport photo I was getting he said I couldn't, he took the picture without even warning. Not recommended. Poor service.

Pharmacy folks are excellent! Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! There was a snag with my insurance and they rapidly fixed it. I also encountered a couple staff members while shopping for other odds and ends; again, friendly, willing to help and with a great attitude.
