People are very nice here but the ATM never works. " No cash or deposits being accepted" It's the only Wells Fargo ATM anywhere near and if you need to deposit money after hours or the weekend you are out of luck. This happens way to much.. so much that we are contemplating switching banks it's a major inconvenience please Wells Fargo figure out a solution or add another ATm ?

What?? You want a notary?? Make an appointment even though someone is sitting at their desk shuffling papers. Might take 5 minutes, max! Was going to open a CD too. Guess I don't have time.

This is the most incompetent bank it has been my misfortune to deal with in 60 years of banking. The app is incredibly useless. It shows "available funds" except they aren't.They canceled a wire transfer even though the funds were available and didn't notify meNot to mention the illegal opening of accounts in the recent past. While this Branch may be great, the Company is the pits.

I had the BEST banking experience. Both Ciara Q. and Chandler C. helped me with numerous savings bonds and a deposit this morning. It was a flawless process that I had been dreading for quite some time. I love banking with Wells Fargo. Very convenient.

Hire someone, ANYONE. You have 4 execs doing nothing. They can help in the teller line. I tried calling for 45 minutes this morning with no answer. So unprofessional!

Have tried for days to contact someone at the bank for an appointment with a notary and no luck....using the web site doesn't help at all! Poor policy concerning contacting bank personnel...

Need bank to be open on weekend!! I live out of town and work during the week. I like having wells fargo as my bank but can't get there during business hours anymore. I have five different accounts at this bank and can't ever get in. This sucks!!!
