Currently staying here right now but just wanted to write a review before going to bed because I know I’ll forget and this place deserves praise.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the prices are easy on the wallet. They’re also very accommodating too, letting me check out late because I showed up at like 1am, it shows they care about their customers. Some might say the rooms are “outdated”, by modern standards, but I’d take a retro room with beautiful wooden walls and a cozy atmosphere over a bland, cookie cutter designed chain hotel or some crappy Motel 6 any day. This is already my personal favorite hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. I will definitely be back here next time I’m in Colorado.
The only issue is there’s a few pesky flies but that could just be my room only and it could just be an acute issue that I happened to check in for.

Staff were very friendly. The owner was very nice. It was in a good location. This is definitely an up-and-coming motel. I would definitely stay here again. My day was very comfortable and it was very affordable. This was a good place to stay.

I brought a crew of workers with me and we stayed there for three weeks. We were treared like family the whole time we were there and enjoyed our stay very much. We were comfortable and the location was great for us, being close to the highway.

Good communication comfortable always helpful steady on improvements and always make sure it’s safe hard working social but very professional and always polite the new landscape is looking good as well.

I had a job come up in sterling and had to stay the night last minute. These guys were very accommodating, room was clean. Great rate for the night. I will definitely be staying again if I need to.

If everyone stayed at this Quaint little Inn, then I think everyone who is in the Hotel biz would use this place as a model for their own employees.
I'm shocked at the level of welcome people get when they visit here, my hats off to the awesome hospitality & next door neighbor welcome home feeling that you will receive if you get the chance to stop by someday. I definitely will recommend 1st interstate Inn and look forward to my next stay with friendly faces, and good pricing.

Worse place ever. My room wasn't clean. Cleaned a room. Wasn't paid. Late for my job at 7-11. Got in trouble. Retired. Promised income. Crack heads and people that can't pay their rent. I spent all my $$ here helping people out. I'm 63. Not my job to use my gas and money to pay 4 everyone's needs here. Gas money 💰 smokes And beer. Sad 😢
