“I want to give a shout out to Rita. I went the bank because I had lost my card and was helped by Rita. She was able to help me and I mentioned how I did not have access to my online account for “technical problems”. Even though I only went to get a new card since I lost mine she fixed the issue with my online banking. No one had been able to solve the issue and I had gone many times seeking assistance until I gave up. I have not had access for two years. Without asking she took the time to fix the problem. She is a great worker and was great help.”

“Let's be realistic, banking has changed significantly during the past 10 years or more - automated, online, virtual. Our local WF branch has evolved as well. Much less 'personal' - sure - but for a community our size the folks that are a part of this branch do an exceptional job in supporting us. When I do use the branch, I have always had a positive experience. Today, as an example, working with Connor (Personal Banker) through a complicated process for more than 90 minutes, he was prompt, focused, knowledgeable, thorough (utilizing legal guidance from WF), professional and supportive. So grateful! On a side note: it was the busiest I have seen the branch for quite some time and everyone was helpful.”

“Ever since we moved to Sterling 3 and a half years ago we went back to Bank of the West as we used them most of the time while we lived in Aurora CO. They have a great staff have no loans with them yet. David is Awesome! And the branch manager is rally nice as well. We have 5 accts between the four of us in our family! I also recently got a secured credit card!”
