“Ron was absolutely the sweetest kindest polite man in the rental car industry he was extremely helpful and he had gone above and beyond by picking me up at my house and taking me to the rental car location because my vehicle had broke down and I had no other form of transportation To get there to pick up my rental car they were very nice very understanding and the price All things considered was really not that bad I would most definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family if they ever needed a rental car were you all because I know how well they treat their customers thank you very much Ron for everything”

“Schaefer's was great, I had my 15' Durango repaired here and I must say I was really shocked when I got it back that they detailed the inside of my car. I was so pleased considering I didn't have much time to do it myself before taking it in for repair. It was a disaster in the back due to the kiddos. Thank you Schaefer and team! My only complaint was it took nearly a month in the shop and there was very little communication on the progress. With that said thank you again, I would definitely go back if or when I need to.”
