Very beautiful showroom, the staff is very helpful & knowledgeable. I came in looking for a specific type of floor, but was surprised at all of the other options they showed me that was similar in nature.

I love this place. She replaced my kitchen vinyl years ago. I was needing new kitchen floor again & first checked Home Depot. Home Depot was difficult to work with & charged to measure the kitchen for a quote. Carpet Comfort did NOT charge to measure the kitchen (which was performed before the quote was provided), they have their own installation team & were extremely quick and particular about completion. Carpet Comfort will always have my flooring business! 10 stars

Had carpet installed in living room, hallway, and two bedrooms yesterday and today. Manuel and Pedro did and awesome job and were very friendly. Thanks Sandy and Dale, we love it!

We purchased our carpet from Carpet Comfort Center a year ago and it still looks and feels perfect! We had a little ripple in one room and they came and fixed it immediately. Great quality and customer service!

Big corporation mentality. Rude and unhelpful employees who choose to chit chat with each other or stare at their phones instead of helping customers. Often out of stock on every day items I need. Employees treat customers as if they are all shoplifters. Rude and dreadful place to have to shop.

We had an awesome experience. Came to our home within a couple of days to measure for carpet. No red tape or hoops to jump through like Home Depot. Carpet was installed and we are very happy. Great Customer Service and very professional.
