This review is about Verizon as a whole. Since starting service with this phone company, I have had nothing but issues, spending several hours on the phone with their customer service department. From Bill changes that Verizon made without telling me why or how, to service and device issues. Every time I have to call them, I spend a minimum of 2 hours on the phone with them, feeling like im doing hostage negotiations. As soon as my contract is up, im gone, don't waste your time with this company.... horrible service all around.

Switched phone companies keeping same number. Verizon staff was extremely helpful and patient.

Poor customer service. Uninterested in actually providing customer service to Verizon customers. Untrained in Verizon services. Extremely unhelpful in any way. Such a poor attitude towards the Verizon customer I am actually switching cell phone providers.

This store has really gone downhill. Went in to get some help for a broken phone. Amanda the lady who was working is unqualified and incompetent to do her job. I told her the problem that was going on with the phone, and she didn't even look at it or care to hear what was going on with my phone. She failed to give me any options to what I can do, and was very rude. She gave me a number to make a claim and told me to leave.

Tanisha and Sage are very unprofessional and rude.
I sat on hold for a half hour and then came down here to have no one even try and assist me when I walked in the door. Only to be asked stupid questions for 15 minutes before they actually tried to do anything. Sage was my helper. Passive aggressive the whole time and on her phone texting people. I won’t be back at her table for help. I wasn’t in the best mood but I kept it professional and she was very passive aggressive the entire time. Then the manager decide to try and have me escorted out.

HUGE shoutout to Sage! She was a rockstar! Walked in while she was helping out another customer and he was giving her the HARDEST time ever! I could tell that she was getting frustrated yet she was very professional and helped this rude customer till the very end. Unfortunately he didn’t leave till after the store closed and she still stayed around with us to help us out! I am very impressed with her professionalism and patience! Definitely keeping my business with this store just because of her excellent customer service! 10-4 sistah ?

Very dissappinted with your service i been coming here for a very long time since you guys were on the other building ,So here I am at the store trying to figure out if I was able for an upgrade... And the guys that t help was more concern about his phone then to help the people at the store . Aron clemente gets on the phone and calls customer service for his phone like I ain't imports . While here i am and other customers waiting On the phone for about 20 min .. so I left and I am not coming back. So glad there is 2 ensignals .. And I sure hope that the other one is not the same owner .. bad business very upset also .

They have no idea what they're doing, one of the lady's factory reset my phone making apple think it's being stolen and now we can't get back into it so -$200 and now since i can't even get into my phone i want my money back for the service i paid for since i can't even use it and it's not refundable even tho they were the ones to break it so at the end of the day i am -$235 i am not happy with this at all!

The store in sterling has been going down hill even since I quit there. It hasn’t been the same, some of the help they have has absolutely no idea what they are doing what so ever. It can take hours before you get any help, even for a simple accessory item. Standing there and an employee will said “I have no idea what I’m doing” and they are the only employee working that day, is a little ridiculous. They no longer get the training they need in order to actually do their job correctly or even strive in the business. It’s so sad and very irritating, especially when you are suppose to be the customer and you have to tell the employee how to do their job cause you used to work there and still know how it’s ran on a day to day basis. If I could go back and work there again, I probably would. I just have a feeling this store isn’t gonna last and/or they are just gonna continue going through help because of improper training or something else.

I moved into town and the wifi box I had with Verizon only powered one device so I canceled and was given 30 days to return. I called Verizon 800# 1) I asked for a label to be email nothing 2) asked to mail it, they said my address wasn't in Sterling I am in city limits 3) told them send to old address all my mail is being forwarded. I never got anything I'm the mail down to 3 weeks away went to THIS LOCATION and the lady that helped me called them and argued with the rep saying why are you going to charge him 200 I see the call he made and the notes the person took and now you say he needs a shipping box and label just from you and you can't email me on. So you going to charge him and he will get reimbursed on a maybe. Lady didn't want to talk with her anymore and asked for me. THEY CARE HERE!!

The worst Verizon store ever. Rude people, rather not help you set up your new phone just so she could go home and eat! We will never go here again. Sydney Nebraska stor much better!

Id rate this Verizon location at 0 stars if it was possible. The kid "working' was too lazy or lacking in knowledge to replace a simple phone I had lost while I was traveling, and add a new phone to my account. I stopped several days later at a different store, in a different state, that had responsible adults working, and they set me up with a great new phone at an amazing low price. I would not visit the Sterling Colorado location again if someone paid me! I actually had to go across the street and purchase a new tablet from Walmart, while having to walk everywhere until I was able to pick up my vehicle. I had no way to contact my friends and family to let them know what was going on, and was traveling far from home at the time. Thanks for nothing Sterling Verizon! Google voice is free and Walmart really came through for me with a very nice Lenovo tablet for a much better deal than this Verizon location offered, which was absolutely NOTHING!
