I felt reassured knowing my package was properly taken care of when I dropped it off. Very convenient and the worker was very prompt and polite when i approached the drop- off desk.

The people were wonderful, they helped me very much and so everything went off without a hitch!!

If I would have let them know, the FedEx van would have stopped by and got my stuff out today. As it is they'll get it Monday
