  I'm sad about the bad reviews. Especially the ones referring to rude employees. I've been coming here for a year now and have always been greeted by very friendly and helpful employees. I just found out my very expensive new watch was left there, 2 weeks ago. I didn't expect it to still be there today. But it is! Not only are the employees pleasant and fun to interact with, but they're also very honest and kind. Thank you to all the workers there! Keep up the good work. 💝

  Some of the reviews made me sad for humanity who cares who u vote for that has nothing to do with a buisness seriously ridiculous. I for one loved my experience there I wanted a specific brand of vapes that only this place sells. I was greeted kindly and by a lady named Samantha she made the experience great. I asked about the clickmates there these cool vapes I have seen friends using. She knew every flavor read them all off to me gave me solid reviews for all of them and she treated me with nothing but quality customer service. The laws state an i.d need to be scanned. So i had no problem thank you Samantha I will be back

  This is the worst smoker friendly I've been to. Can't get names because I was ignored the whole time. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES! Had to add a star to right review. Although they didn't deserve it.

  I went here to buy a pack of cigarettes
  I'm 55 years old and they refused my United States of America issued identification ID passport(legal in all 50 states)and they refused it! The ID card has priority over any state issued ID. So I brought my mom down to buy them for herself and they refused a 76 year old because she didn't have a driver's license. Well she no longer drives therefore no need for a driver license. The people who work there are all leftist and Biden lovers. It's a fact just ask any of them. I will never go there again and neither should you if you love our country. these leftist Democrats are so stupid that they can't tell if somebody is over 21. Look at them for yourself I know stupid question we all know that their that stupid. They're just mad because I put Biden stickers on their gas pumps that said I did that! If an employer requires ID check the employer should educate the employees. Howeve these employees are not to bright. Maybe they indulge in their own crack pipes too much 😢 .

  MOVE ALONG. I stopped here for gas and hopped out of my car, I pressed the pay inside option on the rather new digital gas pump and stood there for five minutes. I then began to walk inside and as if I was her child starts yelling out the window at me some nonsense about the gas pump. I continued to walk inside and pulled out my wallet to try and prepay. I was told I’d have to go back outside to hang up the pump and looked at like I had some kind of disability. I sighed and said they should truly get some signs. I did not and will not be making any purchases here anymore. Disgusting customer service that definitely fits the reputation of Sterling. Don’t be there if you don’t wanna. I came to spend money not get goofy looks and rude remarks for the people behind the desk that are clearly only focused on piercings and smoking inside, rather than making money.

  Gas prices are always cheaper, never have had an issue with the pumps. Place could use some upgrades, never gone inside the connivence store

  The sales lady is so rude, she asked me for my birthday day so I told her the year, she asked again with the most rude tune that I ever heard, day and month and if you look under 50 then I have to card you….I left and without finishing my purchase. Definitely not worth giving them your business.

  I just encountered the rudest lady here. So rude I left without making my purchase. From the beginning it was if I was inconveniencing her to spend my money there. I told her what I would like, before even acknowledging my requests she says “I need your ID” ok, understandable… i reach in my wallet and pull out my ID. I tried making a joke about how I bet I’m older than she’d think I was (I always get told I’m way older than I look) as I was literally handing her my iD I said, how old do you think I am? she rolls her eyes and says “I don’t really care, my signs says we card under 50” with the nastiest tone I have ever heard. I was so taken back. I had my ID in my hand, it’s not like I was arguing about being carded or even scoffing at it. (Let’s be real, After 30 it’s an honor)… I thought ya know, I don’t need to spend my hard earned money to be treated like that… and as she stated “she didn’t care”. I politely explained to her that I was simply trying to make a joke and lighten her very apparent bad mood but I would go else where to make my purchase. She says “ok whatever”I would like to add, I know this was not just her “tone or demeanor”. When I first came into the store there was another lady at the counter she was assisting and talking to. She had a completely different demeanor with that lady than she did with me. I come in regularly and have never encountered her before so I definitely never did anything to her. I guess requesting to spend $150 on vapes was too much for her. I will never be back. There are plenty of stores more than willing to take my money without acting as though I’m an inconvenience.
