“After a three week endeavor of a phone getting lost in the mail, me having to open a new line for a working device that doesn't have an open order, and then waiting for the order to revert, this store went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the original number moved to the new device. Amanda put in at least two hours on the phone with customer support to make sure everything was the way it should. I am so relieved and beyond grateful for her and her coworker's non-stop pursuit in getting me squared away. Thank you again!”
