She was able to help me and I mentioned how I did not have access to my online account for “technical problems”. Even though I only went to get a new card since I lost mine she fixed the issue with my online banking. No one had been able to solve the issue and I had gone many times seeking assistance until I gave up. I have not had access for two years. Without asking she took the time to fix the problem. She is a great worker and was great help.”
