Fast, friendly service. We came to Sterling to visit family and had a tire light come on as we were driving through town. We stopped in at Platte River Tires and they told us we could take our dog inside to the waiting area with us while they checked things out. They determined pressure was low due to atmospheric changes (cooler weather than where we came from), aired all our tires up and quickly sent us on our way without charging us for their time. While we were waiting, we listened as the guy behind the counter *very patiently* worked with another customer who was looking to rent a U-haul trailer for towing a vehicle and didn't know what they needed. Platte River Tires is run by nice people that provide great customer service!

Nice place !!!
I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and got it back at the end of the day.
The owner is a nice guy and answered all the questions that I asked and didn't make me feel stupid for asking, unlike other places that I have taken my vehicle to.
I recommend this place and will return again when needed 👍👍

My wife was headed to Nebraska and discovered a low tire. She discovered a screw in her tire and went to Platte River for a repair. It was repaired quickly so she could get on the road. Thank you guys. Great job!

Rented a u-haul trailer are could not make it back before they closed i called them and they stayed open in tell I got there very professional and respectful. I would recommend.

Great service that got us out of a bind. Les Schwab had previously patched the tire over and it gave half way home from Washington to Illinois. They were able to get us a new tire quickly and at a fair price.

We've used Platte River Tire for our mechanical and tire needs for years. Most recently our newer model Expedition needed the cam phasers replaced. Scott and his crew did a great job getting us back on the road without breaking the bank!

Scott is so rude and out of touch with customer service. STAY AWAY. Very unprofessional. Doesn’t communicate. Interrupted my phone call because he was upset over my review. Did more than I asked and took two days on a 3 hour job tops. Seem to like to cry about the review more than they do about customer satisfaction.
