Got a courtesy visit checking on my service today… said I and a list of other neighbors were experiencing outages. I confirmed that I was unable to speak for my neighbors I told him that I would be shopping around for a better affordable service as they are hiking my bill 2,999%!!! guy showed up with no work order from his office or record of his appearance! I called corporate to ask if they sent him and they said no. He also didn’t check on anyone else’s reoccurring service outages… Sketchy if you ask me as I’ve never seen this guy before… he wanted to replace my modem yet he didn’t even have a modem in his hand when he interrupted my lunch! He skipped out pretty quickly too.. didn’t knock on my neighbors doors and offer them a modem switch out…the same neighbors who also had experienced multiple reoccurring outages!!

Went in to pay my bill. Inquired about and cable upgrade and was informed my bill was going up $20 next month. If they want to keep my business they should negotiate that decision.

This is the worst location that I've ever been too. There's 2 children running it that don't know anything about the service or how to fix things on your account, also there's no manager at this location, If you ask For a manager, They call somebody on the phone and have you talk on the phone to them. They make mistakes on your account and overcharge you and tell You to call 1 800 number instead of fixing the Problem that they originally created. I would rather call the 1 800 number or go to a different store Because With there unprofessionalism and Lack of knowledge they only can hand out equipment.

Employees are nice but can’t update an account and get a shipping address correct to save their life. Ordered a new phone from the store employee and told her my new address that it needed to go too and she still put the wrong one. Not sure how you can put a wrong address after it being told to you multiple times ?

I called last Monday to get quotes and installation fees, router fee, discounts available, etc. Wednesday, I found a box from Spectrum with their equipment in it (my name was also misspelled). I called to ask about why they decided to send me a box when all I asked was their prices, and they said I opened an account. I did not at any time request for an account to be made. For one, it would have been under my boyfriend's name, not mine, if we did decide to set up an account. And for two, I was still scoping out other companies and prices. I told them to cancel my account and they told me I needed to drive to a Spectrum store (nearest is 40 miles) to close an account I didn't open because "they couldn't prove it was me." How did they prove it was me to open an account? The only information they had was my first and last name, address, phone number (since I called them), and my email, which was a junk email anyway for them to send me their pricing information. Who's to say I don't call and get my neighbor's address signed up under a fake name? Sounds like a huge fraud issue waiting to happen... HORRIBLE!

I have recently switched to spectrum and also upgraded my phone. Sean helped me with both these processes and he is amazing! He made everything so simple. He has great customer service and goes above and beyond to service you always polite. Definitely an asset to this company!!

If you miss a month they send your account to collections and it affects your credit score. No remorse just a big screw you.

Receptonist was super friendly and easy to talk to. I went in to get a simple problem solved and got even more help with the issue than i needed which was much appreciated. Im not a huge fan of spectrum but their front office is amazing with customer service.

In store customer service provided by Sean was great! Was extremely helpful and solved the problems. It is rare anymore to have an employee to go above and beyond! But Sean did! Good job Sean!
