They don’t answer the phone ever. What if I had a financial emergency. Furthermore, if I was old or incapable of coming into the branch. This is CRAZINESS and needs corrected immediately or I will leave the branch along with several others.

Went to atm today, never got my money. Said it couldn’t dispense money at the time but 3 people in front of me got money from the atm. I am now without $100.

I have never written a bad review in my life but today I was less than impressed. I have been in a lot of banks and I have never seen things handled so unprofessional. The gal (I saved her business card) was raising her voice at a customer who she was clearly unhappy with and was getting irritated. Then she proceeded to rub it off on me and the rest of the people in the bank while I was being helped by another gentleman who was starting out and needed assistance. She started raising her voice at me until she realized there was a line piled up and she was makin a scene. All my other experiences here have been okay, especially with the younger employees. This place could use some better staff.

This bank is an f*ing JOKE!!!! I'm done being nice.As with previous reviews I've seen, I completely agree; they're slow, rude, and extremely inconvenient.Let me make this abundantly clear: I ONLY have Wells Fargo incase of travel, I could find a bank. However, with no lobby access after lifted State regulations, banking has become a complete hassel. Not to mention security risks...with no drive up ATM, I've had 4 different occasions where someone walked/ran right up to me at the ATM.HEY WELLS FARGO LOOK INTO A CARD SWIPE LOCK FOR YOUR ATM DOOR!!PUT IN A DRIVE UP ATM!!

If I could rate this bank 0 stars I would. Don’t trust them my family has been with them for 10 years and they have been stealing money from us. Their bankers do not review your account or statements to make sure no fraud is being placed on your account. Resulting in a card being unauthorized on my account and money over 184$ being taken from my account over the passed year. Huma refused to help me in a professional manner as well. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

I am from out of state and sent my child to the Junior College in Sterling. They deposited a sizeable check from a reputable source and then was left stranded for 2 weeks without funds. The manager (Huma Mehdi) would not tell me where the money was, only that it was inaccessible because it was in processing. Horrible bank, with a person in charge that does not care about the people. This branch manager is now slandering my sons name. Avoid this bank at all costs. Lawsuits are pending.

Always a line to be helped. Perhaps if they were open more than 12 hours per week it would help. Sign in the window said 10:00-2:00 Monday through Wednesday. I realize it is a bad time, but not having access to your bank makes it worse. You can afford to pay employees more hours!

Wouldn't have gave even one star, I work later than the bank,the only way to get anything done with this bank is to take off work to do anything there, really not good at all,yeah not happy with it at all!!! At least open till 6:00pm, the people that work there are okay,just the bank hours really suck.

I was there waiting 25+ minutes to speak a personal banker. It's not the lack of staff numbers but quality. Huma is amazing. I saw 3 people leave her office in the time span before she served me. But the other lady who's name I which I knew Only had one. Then had the nerve to tell me someone will be with me in a minute. I don't know about y'all but I don't like that. Don't speak to me unless you are calling me next . Because you telling me that is just telling me to wait some more. I hope they read these reviews.

WITNESSED SOMETHING HORRIBLE AT THS BANK TODAY,,,They refused to notarize a power of attonrey for a disabled erson becuase of the fact they are disabled. They said they could be as selective as they wanted. I informed the family how to file a complaint with the American Disabiity Assocation. I could not believe what I witnessed that today. first,,,They refused to cash the kids check because his ID was expired because he turned 21,,but mom was explaining to them,,how they were trying to get his id,,,but ,,how can he get his ID if he cant cash the check to get the money for the ID. They then asked about making it easier to call this boss since they were cashing the check from his boss who also banks with the same Wells Fargo, they stll refused the kid,,,who had his exipred ID and his birth certificate and some other identifaction,,,,none of it mattered,,,the mom then asked about a power of attorney and getting a notory to sign off,,since the son was autistics and was clearly having issues,,,the kid was clearly upset nd embrassed. but no,,every request they had was denied coldely and rudely, The desk clerk and manager were so cold hearted and had zero compasson for a family who clearly was trying to just do the rght thing and cash a check for money the kid had earned. That was the worst display of customer service I have seen in a long time. Seriously lacking in the customer service department. . I witnessed them treat someone very poorly today. . I am glad I do not live there.

Monday through Friday 9 - 5, no Saturday hours, no extended hours for the drive through. Why be here at all? Major pain, plus a loss of wages for me to take off work to visit this bank. What a joke.
