Rented a cabin the first weekend of November. It was four walls and a bed, which is all that I needed. The women's bathroom was scorching hot, but the men's was cold (air temperature, not the water). But everything was clean, quiet, and the price was fair.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the questions I asked about in regards to storage of a RV or staying at the location with a RV and pricing for times. The staff were all very friendly and kind. They got me taken care of very quick and were to the point with all services inquired about with a RV.

We arrived too early in the morning to visit with the staff of this KOA. However we did look around and liked what we saw. This is the closest one can find a campground to Denver when approaching from the East. the tenting area although small was good though a little more dirt than we would like. However, this is one of the few places tent camping is allowed so we recommend staying here. We visited May 2023.

We stayed 2 nights. We are tent camping. The KOA is clean and the staff were friendly. They were really helpful as we had to get a cabin for our 2nd night due to the storm rolling through. Michele was so nice and helpful. We will be back next time we come through. The only downfall is the noise from I70 at the tent sites which is not the fault of the staff.

Nice people, well run facility, neat, clean restrooms and showers.Very close to the Interstate, which made sleeping difficult. Also, we were traveling with our Husky, who discovered small, ground dwelling cockleburrs within a minute. The roadways, pathways, and pet area were burr-free, so watch areas of vegation for yourself and pets.We stayed in one of the more modern cabins. It was, thankfully, GREAT! (I was trying to convince my wife that the convenience of the cabins would make our motorcycle trips much better. It did!)

Love this place! Staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Had a great conversation with Scott the owner and ended up staying the night in one of their covered wagons…super cool. (Thanks!) …would definitely stay again. ♥️♥️♥️

This is an awesome KOA. There are no lines to check in; they are waiting for you with an immediate worker to lead you to your site. Great off the freeway location; hands on owners.Very neat and well-kept.

We stayed at the KOA. It was fantastic. Super Clean bathrooms, showers and laundry room. Staff is just so friendly and helpful. The RV sites are very nice and clean, easy hook ups. I read a review about Interstate 70 noise. It was not an issue. I encourage anyone traveling in Colorado and needing a KOA to book this one. I can't say enough. I will rate my KOAs by this one.

This is your typical KOA. Lots of road noise and an occasional train. Great location for activities in the Denver area. The staff was very professional and friendly. Our site had some trees for shade. The pool looked nice. We didn't use any of the facilities. We did order wings and they were delivered to our site.

I hope the staff can get corporate to fund some money into this campground. We have been going to this place for 3 years as a launch to get to Moab. It’s loud from 70. Too tight in the rv spots. A decent size rig you will see the other persons sewer hose in you’re spot. We had so much of an issue parking in a pull through because the spots are so narrow that we were literally on their spot but wasn’t her fault. They actually put the power post and the water post literally on your drivers side. I
