NO PUBLIC NOTARY SERVICE.As previous customers said, the bank closed my account as well because I could not pay an overdraft right away. If I get my paycheck once a month and I overdraft how can a bank expect me to pay $35 a day for 15 plus days on top of it? No wonder everyone is moving to digital 'no fees' banking. Catch up to the times TBK. (its a Texas Bank maybe that's why)

So far I have no issues with this bank I open my account 3 years ago costumer service its excellent very friendly and respectful people everytime I go they very nice to me and so far I haven't have no issues with my money thank you ...

Sons account went 5 dollar negative due to paper fee. Ended up 120 dollars in late fees in 3 weeks. Ended up closing the account. If you bank here I would definitely have someone go over all the late fees and the occurrence they are applied. To have 34 dollars every 5 days added to your account is just distressing. Good luck everyone.

Before this bank was bought out it was great. Now they charge fees for everything. Then they lie about what they are going to do. With everything going on in the world, making a mistake shouldn’t cost hundreds of dollars. I was going to use this bank when I opened my new business after the pandemic. At least now I know not to do that.
