They said they would give me a cheap price at first, but the prices kept changing, and they didn’t keep their promises. This place is terrible and definitely not worth going to.

I got new tires at Costco in Superior recently and wanted to make sure my tires/wheels were aligned. This Brakes Plus has a discount deal with the Costco, so I made an appointment.
Paul was super helpful and informative. They were able to service my car in about an hour, provided a discount, and made sure I was aware of the imbalance and what they fixed.
Highly recommend this location and the staff!!

Great service. Very friendly staff. I took my wife's car there "knowing" that it needed front brakes. They told me the brakes are good and probably have 40k miles left on them. Didn't try and upsell me or anything. They were also able to fit me in for an oil change while I was there at a competitive price point.

Absolutely amazing service! My battery suddenly died and considering my daughter just started preschool, I was panicked to get a new battery installed before having to pick her up, but sure enough I was able to get a same day appointment and get it done with plenty of time to spare. They were all very kind and helpful; great to feel taken care of during a troubling time!!

We took our Jeep in for service of the muffler - it was hanging down, and they bolted it back up within an hour, with no appointment. We appreciate the fast and professional service we received today! Highly recommend for car service needs!
