Worse service but good price on tires.
1. They didn’t balance the tires when installing and I had to pay another shop to balance
2. They got grease in the interior of car
3. They broke the rear hatch privacy screen when putting in the winter tires I was saving
For the cost of fixing the broke screen and tire balance at a different shop it would have cost the same to use a local, reputable company that provides better service.

Abysmal customer service, like the absolute worst I've ever encountered at any tire or service shop.

Buyer beware!!! Spent $1,400 for a full set of tires and the service was terrible. They didn’t replace the valve stems as requested and a part of the service I got but wasn’t told about it until I picked the car up. They never called me to tell me the work was “done” after having it for 10 hours. I finally got the car back and they said everything was fine, but when I got outside found a big chip in the powder coat on one of my wheels. They just made a huge mess for me to clean up, then fill out paperwork to hopefully get the money back for all the repairs that now have to be done to refinish the wheels.

Impossible to get an appointment. I got my tires at Costco this year, as I have been for decades, and was unable to get them installed for weeks due to lack of appointment availability. Now, my tires are losing pressure, and I cannot get in to have them looked at for *a month*. Please be aware that the excellent walk-in service that we’ve come to expect is certainly no more.

I noticed that I stopped receiving Sentry alerts the day following service. After 2 days of no alerts I checked my settings and sentry mode was turned off. I'm the only one who drives this car and there were no updates to the car software during this time. The only reasonable explanation was that the tire service turned off my sentry mode. They have no business touching security settings in my car during a service.
About a week after the incident I noticed damage to my right front passenger door. Not something that was easy to spot unless the sunlight was hitting it in the right way. I don't know if the tire shop caused this damage but it's highly suspicious that there are no incidents on the saved sentry video of someone hitting my car but Costco turned it off right around the time the damage was discovered.
I submitted. an incident report with Costco 3 weeks ago. They told me turn around would be a few days at that time. I've still not heard back from them on this issue.

Paid for my tires online and set up the appointment for about a week later. Arrived just before 10AM (first appointment of the day) and was taken care of promptly. If not the first appointment, they do recommend showing up 15 minutes before your scheduled time since they usually have a line. They wrote down my cell and said it'd be an hour. Actually got it done in less than an hour! Wanted to post about my straightforward and positive experience here because I read all the negative reviews as well. Perhaps they're getting the staff and support they need to provide great service? This is for March 2024. Thank you, Costco Superior! (They reminded me that my 80K warranty is based on regular tire rotation which they provide for free- just set up the appointment online. Will do!)

Krystal is incredible. She really showed me grace today and helped me and my daughter out with a damaged tire liner. It was snowing considerably and everything was very stressful. Randy & Mason helped out too and a nice woman at the front whose name I didn’t catch. I think the service was incredible, personable, memorable and life-saving. Props, team! We love you. -Anastasia & Hope

The Costco Tire team tonight was a lifesaver for me. I recently had new tires installed by Costco, but today I had a flat. I called to ask for an appointment for a tire repair and they said they were full, but to bring it over to leave with them and they would try to get me an appointment in the next couple of days. Well I spent an hour getting my spare tire put on only to realize my spare was too flat too drive on.. then spent another 2 hours trying to get a tow truck to come out...Finally got it towed to Costco.. when I arrived and explained the situation- the technician Derek came out and told me he would get my tire fixed within the hour. After the stressful and upsetting evening I had- Derek's kindness really made a huge difference. They had my tire fixed within an hour, filled my spare tire and checked all my other tires for me- all at no cost because of Costco's tire warranty. I couldn't be happier with the service I received tonight from Derek and the entire Costco Tire center team.. I highly recommend Costco for tires and really appreciate the service I received today!

If you think waisting 2 hours is worth saving $10-$20 on just swapping out tires than it’s totally worth it. Had an appointment for 12:15 got my car back by 2:15. Never waited so long, go to your local non chain tire store for rotations it’ll be about the same price and they are usually first come first serve. Seems like appointments to Costco doesn’t mean much. Stoked I waisted hours of my day off smh

0 stars if I could. My ROOMMATES and I share a costco card. The roommate that's name is on the card is currently sick in the hospital, so she cannot go to Costco, but me and the other roommates needed to. We shopped around for 30 minutes and got to the checkout only to be met with the rudest attitude by the rudest employee known to man. Didn't get her name, but she was short and had curly dark hair. She showed no compassion and forced us to leave without any groceries. DO NOT go to this establishment, they are a money hungry capitalist company that only cares about profit, not one of their card members who is SICK AND IN THE HOSPITAL who we are just trying to get food for.

Had a great experience with JJ and the Costco tire team. I came in an hour before closing on Saturday of Labor Day weekend with a nail in my tire. JJ had it repaired in under and hour and I was on my way!

We went in for a routine tire rotation and had a positive experience. JJ and the staff were clear, courteous, and right on time. In and out in 40 minutes…just enough time to make a Costco run through the store!

I go in every three or four weeks; there are about two dozen items that I buy there, mostly snacks, but also paper products and flats of canned goods of various sorts. It takes a while to get used to Costco, because there are no directories and no staff to help you find things. I keep a list on my phone of all the things I buy and which aisle they are located in. The staff at the checkout lines (both serve and self-serve) are always very helpful. I try to go first thing in the morning before it gets busy, because the checkout lines can back up a good bit

Cheapest gas in the area and located next to the highway. Costco delivers even when gasoline is super overpriced in Colorado.
