Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. They do not answer their phones which is wild. I called 3 times during normal business hours in the morning. Call got disconnect twice and then one time the music played for about 7 minutes and then the call just dropped. I talked to Target Guest Services to ask if the pharmacy phones are down and they informed me that no they just don’t answer their phones or use the phone. The guest services employee said that they get called all the time about this and they don’t know why the pharmacy doesn't use their phone .…………So, I had to go in person to get my questions answered. The person ringing me up was extremely unhelpful and rude. The other person I had to talk to was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked them about the phones, the pharmacist said that there was an emergency and the pharmacist couldn’t answer the phone. I don’t know how you can be a pharmacy and not have a phone. And they continually denied the fact that the phones are down even though I literally called three times and spoke to the target guest services about it.

i have never been treated as rudely as i have at this store. the staff at this cvs are unbelievable. i am sure they are over worked and underpaid, but this is ridiculous... the pharmacist was so mean that my 9 year old has become so stressed out going to get medication that we will have to switch pharmacies...

Just moved from the Aurora CVS pharmacy where everyone there was incredible, and never had a single issue with anything whatsoever, but this place in Superior is a dump.. First off, the dweeb Steven Thai just blatantly got caught lying to my face after he already checked to see if my medication was in stock & told me there was only a partial amount, so I said fine, I'll surrender the remaining script & do the partial, while forgoing my insurance since it's relatively inexpensive anyways.. as soon as I said that, he looked like it was the most difficult task any human being in the history of humans has ever undertaken. Then told me it would be a minute, so I sat & waited for 10 minutes, while he helped other customers, and then came up & said he was wrong, all the sudden there were zero left, though I could come somehow come back tomorrow & get it filled.. That & the fact I had called yesterday to check, and the dude on the phone was a complete tool, but he told me I could come back on today & fill it.. So someone here is lying about whatever work they don't feel like doing because yesterday it was also in stock according to the dude on the phone.. And good luck calling them, I tried 4 times this morning before hanging up after being on hold for 30+ minutes each call. Then called corporate, and she also called the store only to be on hold for 20 minutes before she too said she couldn't stay on hold any longer.

We are "regulars" at this pharmacy and Michelle, Kelly, Toni and Malerie take such good care of our family. This location has been super busy and they continue to offer fantastic, friendly, and excellent service. While we don't love having frequent illnesses in our home, it is a pleasure getting to see them when we pick up the next round of prescriptions.

They never have what we need even standard things like amoxicillin and send us elsewhere. Communication is poor and they seem overworked, disorganized and inpatient. We have better luck at the CVS Boulder/Target location.

The customer service at this pharmacy is so bad its almost comical. The staff is wildly incompetent and rude. Save yourself the frustration and energy and go to any other pharmacy.

My family has filled prescriptions here for 15 years but are taking our business elsewhere. The staff is rude, lazy and completely incompetent. 1 star is too many.I made two trips here to fill a prescription. The first time they couldn't find it because the pharmacist repeatedly spelled my name wrong 4 consecutive times in spite of me slowly spelling it out for her. She told me they didn't have it and offered no additional help. I went to a different pharmacist who was at least capable of listening and spelling, but who told me it would be 30 minutes, and asked if I would like to wait or pick it up the next day. I said I would pick it up when they opened the next day. The next day, it still wasn't filled. Apparently they set it to be filled mid-day so that they didn't have to fill it and the next person would have to.I don't know what happened, but it seems like when CVS took over, this location went completely down hill.

Not sure what happened since they reopened after the fires, but things have gotten worse. Used to have friendly and helpful staff, they were on top of things, now, they keep dropping the ball.

Every interaction is excruciating. I really really dislike this pharmacy and Caremark. Unfortunately, I'm forced to deal with them due to my insurance. But, I am complaining to my employer about it. Maybe if they get enough complaints, they'll change.

I started using the CVS @ Target in Superior about 1 year ago. I have been impressed with the staff. The pharmacist, Michelle, is very knowledgable, helpful & friendly. She has an attitude of actually wanting to earn your business which can be a hard thing to find these days. Michelle is always very professional & probably knows more about medications in general than many doctors & health care providers. It is refreshing & nice to have this kind of customer service! I highly recommend using this CVS Pharmacy. Thank you Michelle & staff for offering amazing customer service. :)

Horrible. I've been at a CVS in Texas for twenty years and just gave them a five-star review. The CVS in Target had two people working when I went there and they weren't willing to do any of the things needed to transfer my prescriptions from their store there to their store here. CVS in Texas picked up their slack, but when I tried to confirm today I sat on hold for over an hour, finally gave up, and transferred all my prescriptions to Safeway (who incidently answered on the third ring).
