Not a huge fan.
Strike one: over a month wait for an oil change and service appointment
Strike two: over a month wait for a loaner to get warranty issues addressed.
Strike three: asking $20k over MSRP for a car that other dealers are selling at MSRP.

Geoff in the service department provided an exceptionally smooth experience. He was receptive to my concerns and accommodated my circumstances without hesitation. He was communicative throughout the day, providing updates to keep me informed. He provided a thorough explanation of services performed and answered all of my questions. Mike Prasad was a great sales rep to work with. I bought my car out of state. He setup delivery for me, helped me get connected with financing, and overnighted the paperwork to me. I was able to quickly and efficiently buy the car that I wanted. He was professional, sent videos of the car by the next business day, communicated within a reasonable time and explained everything very throughly. He was very knowledgeable. Geoff McCormack in the service department went above and beyond helping my wife and me with our 2022 Defender. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the vehicle and the customer experience, but Geoff absolutely does. We'll definitely be coming back thanks to his excellent service and attention to detail.

I had an amazing experience buying a used car from them, got a 2019 bmw x5 and they made sure every single thing was perfect for me. DJ the guy who helped me around the car and went with me on the test drive was a great person and super helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. Would be recommending to anybody wanting a new or used car they will help you get whatever you need.

EDITED 10/21/25: Alex presented our concerns about the tires to the Sales Manager Chris. Chris called us today to apologize, and believed the incorrect tires were installed due to an error in their repair order system. Kudos to Alex for his follow-through, and Chris for his outstanding customer service. They have the upmost integrity and are honoring the terms of our agreement. We will be getting the BF Goodrich KO2s that were promised, installed by the dealership within the next week. We are elated and grateful.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought a beautiful used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon last week at this dealership. To their credit, they did some great service and detailing on this Jeep before turning it over to us. They did the engine and cabin filters, an oil change, replaced 2 rear leaking shocks, replaced 4 tires (not the spare) and did an alignment. These were all on the to-do list before we even entered into the contract. Our salesperson was Alex Kelly, who was very easy going and professional. I asked him several times over the course of 3-days if the tires we would receive were the exact same ones that were currently on the Jeep (BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO2s). He said yes, they will be the same. We agreed to pay their full list-price under the premise that all service items and the SAME TIRES would be included. On Oct 15th, Lucas in Finance, presented us the 17-page contract. One page identified “What we owe you”. He was OK leaving it blank. At this point the tires, alignment and shocks had not yet been replaced. I asked Lucas that all promised service items be listed. He listed “4 new tires” (did not list the make) as one of the items. On Oct 16th we arrived to pick up the Jeep. Alex took us to a garage and the car had a black tarp on it (like a fun unveiling). Alex unveiled the Jeep, I looked at the tires, and they were not the ones we had been promised. They were a cheaper (1/2 the price less off-road worthy) All-terrain brand (Advantage ATX850). My husband wanted the Jeep so we just accepted it as it was. We were disappointed. If you buy a used car at this dealership, get ALL the service details in writing (down to exact parts). Look under the black tarp and inspect the car before you give them the check! Overall we appreciate the extensive service and detailing that was done and know we got a great used Jeep at a fair price.

My husband and I had such a great experience here! We bought our very first Tesla! DJ was so helpful and made us feel comfortable and in the know with everything that was happening. DJ and Lucas worked quickly to help us get our deal done even with my Husband heading out of town. We couldn’t be more grateful!

I was having trouble with my phone not connecting to my car. I did not schedule an appointment, and just popped by the dealership. DJ immediately engaged with me to make sure that I was being helped. He then took the time to help me get my car and phone setup. He came out to the car with me, showed me what to do, even having to run back inside to reset something on his computer for me. Keep in mind, this was not our salesperson, we had already purchased the vehicle. There was nothing in it for him. This is the stellar service we have come to love from Flatirons Land Rover, and the reason they have earned our loyalty. Thank you, DJ, you truly make us feel treasured.

I recently purchased an X5 from Mark Handyside, and the entire experience was fantastic! Mark was wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour. I can’t recall the finance manager’s name, but he was great as well. Highly recommend this dealership, and I absolutely love my new X5!

I came in a few months ago, requesting a part that had fallen off of my vehicle. I was told that it was under warranty and that they would order it and that it would come in soon. Months later I would get text messages asking me how my service went, even though I have not received the part, and it is still not fixed. I decided to drive back through and ask about it again and I was told that they were still working on it and couldn’t locate the part that they had ordered. They said they didn’t need to drive through again that they would give me a call when it was ready to be repaired. All of this seems really sloppy and it has now been months with multiple emails asking me how my service has been with no service performed. I just want this fixed.

They were both knowledgeable, patient, and professional, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
