Dave and the team at Flat Irons Land Rover were just exceptional. I generally hate dealer services, but they were all so kind, courteous and easy to work with. I felt taken care of, not pressured which is exactly how it should be.

They were friendly and took the time to show me some things about my new vehicle. They got me home and picked me up even though it was the other side of town. The repair itself was faster than expected. Overall it was a pleasant experience and moving forward I will be sure to take my vehicle there to be serviced.

David at Land Rover service was phenomenal. Had an emergency with my LR4 and he got me right in and out in two days for an issue that could have been potentially major. Very happy with the service and the entire service team.

This was our first time having our Range Rover serviced and the experience was really good! The communication between the shop and myself was excellent! I also appreciated the updates through text message and email and the ability to chose services and pay through those portals. It was very convenient!

The service at LandRover Flatirons is always exceptional. I’ve been going there for years and am so thankful for their communication, excellent work and speed of completion. I feel valued and heard and even though my cars aren’t their very top of the line, they treat me and my family like we are priceless to them. It’s so appreciated!!

Bought a pre-owned 2020 Range Rover from here. There were more problems with it than disclosed - as confirmed by the service department. However, when engaging the service department to have them fixed, we were denied at every turn and finally ignored. This is an unscrupulous dealership at best.As for the brand - When shopping to replace the POS they sold us, we ran into a salesman who left the brand because they are having so many problems. I would stay away from Land Rover & Jaguar. Will never be back, will never buy another LR or Jaguar.

I have to stay to stay away from this dealership if you are trying to get your River fixed. We have had to take it back twice and it still has problems. They say well we fixed one problem so it isn't our fault. Our car was there to fix all of the problems. We were very specific and direct with our expectations. The service manager is very nice and helpful. But one of his employees was not and sat and argued with our 19 year old daughter when she was asking questions to make sure it was safe to drive home. Halfway home the car wouldn't go when she pressed the gas leaving her stranded on the side of a highway. The first time we picked up the car we had it there because it wouldn't start. They wanted to charge $600 for a battery that costs $250 so we put a new battery in ourselves. Car still wouldn't start and they are blaming the fact that they couldn't test the car to see if it will run without a $600 battery. I could be wrong but I feel like they would have a battery there they could swap out and test it.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Land Rover and the process has been excellent. The sales and finance team has been great to work with. The service department has improved markedly of late which is a welcome development.

Never again. Went with the premium oil change service which was supposed to come with filter changes, brake fluid change, an interior wipe down, car wash etc. When I picked it up the car had not been washed or wiped down on the inside. The manager said the car wash wasn’t working. I replied the dash didn’t even get wiped down- are your hands not working either? How do I know anything was done? He assured me it was and was extremely arrogant. Turns out after bringing my LR4 to an actual mechanic (dynamic imports in Longmont) it wasn’t just the exterior- the dealership literally did nothing to the car after having it for 3 days and not providing a rental. Filters, brake fluid, oil were all filthy. Thieves.

What a great car buying experience!! Eric helped us purchase our 2020 Discovery and really made it super easy! Plus he's continued to be very helpful with any questions I've had since. They got all CPO ready and the car really looks and drives like new!! I'm impressed with the work they did to the car to get it ready for sale. We forgot to bring a checkbook on a Saturday, so we quickly went the finance route and that was super easy as well. We've been looking for a nice used car for over 6 months, so we're not an easy sell. But they checked all our many boxes!! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Eric M.Thank you Eric!!(There's a fine line between wanting your business and being pushy, or so laid back you don't think they even care if you buy their car...Eric balanced that perfectly! Not pushy at all, but made us feel he wanted our business! Kudos!)

This was easily the best car buying experience I've had. Elijah was amazing - he took the time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond providing excellent service. I was really impressed with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone considering a new car purchase.

I have never had a bad experience with LRF from the purchase of my LR2 through every service visit. I do not miss my regular service visits for my car. When I read through some of these reviews that are negative-it appears some of these vehicles are high in mileage and haven't tended to preventative maintenance. The service department is excellent, I have never had an unattended service matter where I am having to follow up after an appointment. I would definitely recommend LRF and Land Rover 2 vehicles to anyone looking for a new vehicle or maintenance.

Absolutely the Worst experience bar none!Bill Wheeler and the rest of his incompetent crew have not a bloody clue when it comes to Landy's ..How could they?.. NOne of them drive one.. I enrusted them with my 2009 L322 for a few years, until things started to go wrong. ie. Droop your LR off and it sits in their parking field for a wek. Their techs miss broekn or corroded Ful pump hoses. They do a Transfer box case an oil change and , your Landy leaks like a sieve. On and On.. and in the end ,I have pics to document every foul up.. and mistake . So I started to wrote reviews and call my bank card top dispute the thousands of dollars I spent., only to have to have it redone by another Independent Tech who knows these Landy's inside and out.. All in all it was a battle and still is. Called out Bill Wheeler , the service mgr on this., he got mad and accused me of insurance fraud or trying to coerce them to file a claim.. Insane.!! and then he threatened me ..saying why dont you stop by after work.. and Ill sort you out?///lol.. So I challenge this Fat , bald guy to a Bike race.. dont think he accept the challenge..but maybe.. Seems by all the other reviews that this Dealership is just Bad news.... and I couoldnt agree more..Stay far far away, unless you like givng your hard earned money away to a bunch of clowns ..

We have been Land Rover and Jaguar owners for at least 20 years.We recently moved to an area that does not have a LR dealership.We came in to look at Defenders this morning. My husband has never NOT purchased a car if he actually goes into the dealership. It’s a done deal. He’s the EASIEST person to sell a car too. We knew we would have to order one.Not naming names, but the “ sales executive” was the least helpful person I have ever met.Anyway, he did hand us keys and let us look inside a demo. But not drive it. Or even give us much information.My husband just spent 2 hours on line and on the phone with a more helpful person ordering a new one from another dealership. Our current LR will go to to our son who lives here in Boulder.We have already researched independent service providers here.
