Very slow service, rude and not responsive employees. Always on their phones and the hours NEVER seem to be accurate. The coffee is meh and not worth like $15 for two drinks. Better to go across the street to the Starbucks inside Safeway.

Ordered 2 cake pops and two drinks. Ended up getting charged around 25$ and when asked for a receipt the male associate "went past it" couldn't print me one. 1:05-1:12 you can tell on camera that I was trying to talk to them about one and he just ignored me. Ended up with a cake pop and some kind of crepe; when I asked for two cake pops... One of the lady associates corrected it but also I got overcharged and refused to give me a receipt....

The staff has one important job to do…. Serve the customer, take their money. I stood at the counter while 3 employees discussed how to differentiate a to go order from a drive thru order… 3 people engaged, I was noticed but it was obvious nobody was paying attention until they were done with their moment of drama. Customer service is dead now, it’s this type of employee that’s killing it. Very young, very woke and very self-centered. They’re getting paid to do a job, too bad I walked out of the place because they weren’t doing it.

A union Starbucks with a tip jar!?!? This is EXTREMELY offensive especially as a union member! This is a VERY bad look for the future of the union. Union employed yet still needs a tip jar?? WHAT A JOKE!!!

While I understand the employees that are on strike it does not need to be violent. I went to the store to get my morning coffee , not knowing about the strike. The yelling at me and screaming at me is not going to solve the problem for these employees. The store was closed , so their striking is sending a message but don’t harass your loyal fan / customer base. Protests should be peaceful.

The drive through is filthy. The tray drive thru has a vent directly above it that has multiple clumps of dirt hanging over and dripping into the food and drinks. I, along with several friends, have alerted the baristas for over a month about this health hazard. Lilliana said that it wasn’t her job and she doesn’t have the time to wipe the dirty debris off. I said, I could do it in two seconds and she said that I should clean for them then! Incredibly apathetic and unprofessional! I am a Seattle native, a loyal customer since they opened in Seattle and will never return to Starbucks again. This is our neighborhood that we love and we want businesses here that will take pride in our community; by keeping it clean and going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Serendipity coffee, next to Starbucks, does this and we will be taking our money and loyalty to their business in the future.

Food poisoning. So much food poisoning. After a caramel ribbon crunch my friend proceeded to get the worst food poisoning I’ve seen. We didn’t have anything before of after this happened. We were going to have a beautiful day and Denver, but we forced to head back after she got sick in a store. Milk must have been bad.

The manager was aggressive and yelling at me when I had ask for my coffee was not made right. I have never been treated by any business. The manager needs to take a class on how to give great customer services. Arguments with customers is unacceptable. The rest of the crew looked very unhappy!

The customer service was nice but the execution of the drinks were subpar. One drink was made wrong, missing key additives that cost extra to put in and the other was the wrong size and also not made correctly. Overall not a great experience.

This is probably the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. They’ll mess up something as simple as a black coffee. save ur time n go to the starbucks over at superior.

This location is amazing. The staff are great, especially Jessica. She went above and beyond when making my drink; matcha frapp with caramel drizzle. This will be my new regular location!
