I had the same experience. When I asked them where they are located, they hung up. BEWARE OF THIS BS SCAM. The only reason I am selecting (1) star is because I need to to post this.

Note that they aren't even able to spell "appliance" correctly. As noted, the individual service person that you end up with may be fine, but you're doing business with and giving your information to a sketchy call center in Central America.

This is just a call center that will connect you with a repair man of a different company. It worked, but you're going through a third party.
