“This place is the best. Often shops will insist you need a zillion $ worth of repairs when it's either not true at all or falls under the 'nice to do but not essential' category. I explained out of the gate that this is a very old car and my plan for the not too distant future is to bring it to Canada to leave for occasional family use. It would not make sense to pour a ton of money into it now. Cameron totally understood my perspective and didn't suggest anything was even necessary - he said that eventually there was something to be done, but not anytime soon. They did the more immediate thing I brought it for, and it was far more affordable than I anticipated and done very quickly. They're straightforward and honest mechanics and I am never taking my car anywhere else.”
“Few glitches . However. After another day passed awaiting for all the diagnosis mentioned and handsomely paid for.
They corrected and repaired or replaced items that created the electrical problems. ( no.lights no turn signals, and no brake lights or 4 way emergency lights) This is my daughter's car she had in high school. She died from domestic violence at age 23. I will continue to.keep.car and hopefully bring it back to life so.I can enjoy car and the memories I have had of her while in high school.in Loveland,Co.”

“I have 2020 Tesla Model X with 93k miles and was looking for alternatives to the Tesla Service Center. My car was making soft knocking noises when turning at low speed and I thought that my control arms were going out again. J&S looked at the car for a very reasonable inspection fee and confirmed that my control arms were in fact still good and didn't try to upsell me into other services. They seem very reputable with high integrity and I'm impressed with their service. I plan on going back there to service my Tesla when needed.”

“After a search of someone to repair and service our 2006 H—2 Hummer; we came across 5th Gear and never had any issues. We knew our budget and we are very satisfied with our newly acquired behemoth! We wished the could have placed on our grenade gear-shifter. However, possibly liability they didn’t want over their business. I would suggest you take your business here. “After taking my old truck (215,000 miles) into multiple other local highly rated mechanics - each one of them came back with THOUSANDS of dollars worth of “urgent maintenance” that I needed to do, and really tried to convince me to take action.
I held off, did my research, and brought my truck into Repair Masters after reading the reviews. They were completely honest about the service my truck actually needed, and what it didn’t need. Instead of upselling me on a bunch of things, they said “hey, if this were my truck here’s what I’d do - you can hold off on the other stuff for now cause it looks totally fine”
I paid $600 vs the $2,500+ the other shops wanted to charge for extra service.

These guys tell me that my size is rarer (R14, and it is) but they can get get them and install them. Today. At the same price as any other if not better. Good honest service. I am happy my money is going to a family in the neighborhood, not down the corporate funnel”

“Bought my new snow tires with them and got it replaced. The in-store staff was great. My one bad experience came from the online purchase not transferring clearly to the location. I had bought my tires during a rebate sale and an additional discount, however, the workers didn't know this and I had to show them the receipt since the system didn't show any additional discounts. Otherwise it was a fine experience.”

Boulder Tire got me in same day, repaired the tire even with acoustic foam (which another tire place said couldn't be done). Even though I live in Denver, they were so great I'm going to start having the Independent Motors side service the car and I'll definitely get my tires from here in future.”

“Just had to write this review to shout out Josh and Manuel from the Costco Tires Superior location who made my day/week/month. I was in a bind after getting a flat tire and got there with just a half hour until closing. And they, without hesitation, offered to squeeze me in because they knew I needed the help. Not only that, once I was checked out and outside (15 min past their closing time) I realized the yellow light on my dashboard wasn’t off. And I know my car well enough that if it doesn’t go off right after the service, it’s not going to even after driving it a little bit. Their garage doors were totally closed, but Josh saw me right outside and that I hadn’t driven off and asked if there was any issue- came out, did his scanner on every part of my car and got the light to come off. That is the kind of above and beyond caring that will make anybody come back to a business again and again, period. I hope both Josh and Manuel are recognized for being incredible employees, the breed of which is very, very rare these days. Thanks again guys.”
