“I got a nail in my tire during my delivery shift tonight. I came into Discount Tires 15 minutes to close, fully expecting to have to leave my car overnight since it was so close to end of day. I was extremely pleased when the gentleman informed me they would patch my tire and have me back on the road tonight! Took less than an hour and I was very grateful for the staff working late to accommodate me so close to end of day. Excellent customer service and prompt repair time. They did identify the squeal, did a quick bend something back into place, and presto, no more squeal. I love it when it's a simple problem and a quick fix.
