The cashiers and managers WILL lie to you. I've talked to corporate: you CAN return things later without giving them your phone number at the time of purchase. Seriously, this is why nobody shops in person anymore. Ulta is going to put themselves out of business

I have been shopping at Ulta for years and this is the first location that I've ever had a bad experience. I was out and about shopping and thought I'd stop in to this location to purchase a new brow pencil and eyeliner. Upon entering the store, there were 2 employees up front that weren't busy. I smiled and didn't even get a hello. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes before an employee came to ask if I needed help. The way she asked seemed like it was forced and not genuine and she was excited when I said I thought I was ok for the moment. I spent about an hour total in the store picking up random things.When I went to check out, there were 3 employees working. One employee was training another. They were both ringing customers up. Once the manager/trainee finished, they didn't offer to ring me up and just started talking amongst themselves. No "someone will be with you shortly" or "as soon as "x" employee is done with their customer she'll ring you up. Nothing. I stood in line for quite some time. Once I did finally get to the register, I was rushed through, while the other employees who wouldn't help me rang up the customer who was behind me. I didn't get any samples this time which I normally do when I spend a fair amount of money. I even used my ulta card to pay.I was so disappointed in the customer service from this location. Please work on training your employees on simple customer service skills such as a proper greeting, determine the customer's needs, and overall just work on being friendlier and more welcoming to the store.

Wife loves this place. They have a nice reward point system. She seems to be able to find what she needs with little to no problems. Staff is always nice, and ready to help.

This is a beautiful store, but so much of it is overpriced. I was a professional model most of my life and I feel like it would be nice if they had a range of make up prices instead of just super high-end. It is very clean and neat though.

Had an excellent experience here today while getting my daughter her first "big girl make up!" The staff was absolutely helpful and were in great moods! We were helped by at least 3 people plus the awesome girls checking us out helped us too! Will definitely come back to this specific store just bc of the customer service!

Went in for a brow wax and tint today and to restock on some products and Alyzah did a wonderful job on my brows! She really made sure I liked them and allowed me to make changes as we went along without getting frustrated at my pickiness. Highly recommend

Every time I come in here I am basically harassed about their membership. I happily decline, then they continue to ask me for a phone number anyways in case of return, tell them no again. Then they tell me why their concerned with my possible return and how great it is to join. I come in here for like 2-3 a month and absolutely dread talking to those women at checkout. They will mention the program after ive declined like 5-6 more times. I dont know what y'all give them as a reward if they sign someone up but I'm honestly fed up with it. I dont want to join based on principle at this point. I have no words past the initial "no" anymore. I just want a speedy checkout without being converted to their program. How many times I gotta say no for you to feel as weird as I do.

The customer service was outstanding. I was there in the afternoon and the person on the sales floor helped me find numerous items. I need help finding make up and this store delivers. I'll be back for the Lancolm eye balm which you were out of.

Good selection of makeup and the prices are reasonable. Store is clean and there are plenty of applicators to try the available samples.

DO NOT WORK HERE! i wish i could give this store 0 STARS. it was my first week on the job, i learned the cash register, and other employees were very helpful but others weren't. including the manager (Bernadette) On my third day one of the computers went out, i had no idea what to do but restart it and the manager told me "call I.T and figure it out" i didn't know the store number or anything.... i then got frustrated because i was the only cashier up front and was slammed with people but when i ask for help i got treated like i was stupid... then i went on break and got called to the "office".. i proceed and sit down then got ask "what's going on, do you have issues going on at home?" i was baffled by that question, i didn't know how to answer so i left and went to my car. Called my mom CRYING on the phone hensing it's only my 4th day and i get ask such a deep and personal question, i didn't return to work...

Bernadette, the manager was incredibly helpful. She took her time to teach my daughter about make-up and took us around the store to share her favorite products with us!! We'll return soon!!

Racheal with management treats the employees like crap and is an overall awful manager. I feel bad for those who work with her.
